Bought a dishwasher and just asked an employee to help bring it to the car and they said it was light enough to move myself so I went over to it with my girlfriend and it was screwed into the wall. We kept asking for help from the employee with the red hat but he wouldn't help us, it wasn't until my girlfriends finger started bleeding because of how much we were trying to get it out that a helpful man named Eric helped us. Him and another man named Noah both were very helpful getting it to the car, but that other employee with the red hat didn't do his job and caused my girlfriend to injure herself so we are both not very happy about that. Very unprofessional.

As we all know cons furniture is going out of business throughout the nation since company went bankrupt according to the sales man. As of right now they are advertising 30-50 % off on all items. 2 weeks ago I went to the store located at 45 hotel circle and bought a dining table with 6 sets of chairs. Sales man told me they will deliver my order on Friday Aug 2n between 1:15 pm to 4:15 pm so Thursday evening I cleared the space and threw the old one but I never got my order on Friday till 6 pm and called the warehouse and they told me my order was scheduled at stop 7th but the delivery team was at stop 11th and they transferred me to the store and store told me different story. They said they have issues at warehouse and they scheduled for Saturday and I don’t got anything on Saturday either. I called the store again and told me the delivery team walked out and rescheduled for Sunday but nothing on Sunday either. So I decided to wait and give them some times. But nothing yet, they didn’t call me or email about any further action. I called customer service on Tuesday Aug 6th and they told me they are out of stock and not sure when I get my order. I asked for refund and they said I need to contact store for refund and they transfer me to store but they pretend that there is a problem on phone. I called directly to the store with different phone and they answered the phone have conversations just fine but as soon as I started to talk about the issues they again pretended that they don’t hear anything. I tried calling them using 3 different phones and as soon as I come to the point they did same drama and I decided to walk in the store. Me and my wife just walk in the front door in peace and polite manner the so called store manager also she likes to call herself business owners started to yelling at us. We just wanted to get our money back and she told us she can’t refund money and asked her then when do I get my order? She said I don’t know. So I keep asking her to cancel my order and refund me and she threatened us to call cops on us if we didn’t leave the store. Finally I talked to customer service and they refunded. And when me and my wife were leaving she threw middle finger at us and said don’t ever come back. This was my experience I thought I should share to public if anyone planning to shop at cons. They are scamming people since they are going out of business and they don’t care. So please makes sure everything before you buy from them.

The lady Maggie was a huge help and such a sweetheart. I'd highly recommend and talk to her. She definitely needs a raise for her time and patience doing my application over the phone

Simon was our salesman, he did a good job but unfortunately he dropped the ball. We ordered a king size bed and he put a queen mattress on the paperwork. He fixed the issue by getting us a mattress from the floor. On top of this we had ordered 2 dressers and only one had come in, we were called by the warehouse and we're told it would be in the following day and it would be delivered on Sunday, it was not delivered and as a matter if fact we didn't receive it for another week as we live in Los Lunas. This was totally unacceptable

Delivery driver lied & said they called & showed up when they did not. The manager could care less & wouldn’t even provide proof of the “attempted” contact. Customer service is awful. I’ve never dealt with such dishonesty & unprofessionalism. I guess this is how they treat their veterans.

One of the most unprofessional store managers I’ve ever met! Would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Store manager is rude and unprofessional and in my opinion she needs formal training in how to speak and interact with paying customers.

My wife and I went in looking for sectional couches. We did not end up getting furniture there, but the associate there, Candice, was helpful, informative, and nice. So, we want to acknowledge how good a job she did!

Simon was excellent in assisting with financing paperwork. We ordered an appliance suite but a couple of the items weren’t in stock and he was very helpful in finding substitute items that were in stock. By doing this he was able to save us a little money-that was a big help!
