I've been going here off and on for several years, but started going regularly for the last year, every couple weeks, because I found a great tech for deluxe pedicures and gel manicures. I checked out after today's appointment and when they told me the price, I gasped. I was told there was new ownership and prices were raised. Well, I certainly understand that prices can go up, but the services that cost $69 three weeks ago were $92 today! I checked my bank statement to be sure. That's a 33% increase - unbelievable!! I spoke to the new owners who said that they had no idea what previously owner charged...really? And they said the price increase was related to the new, high end products they're using. I rolled my eyes because I saw the same products I've always seen, so I'm baffled. It just seems like simple price gouging.

I saw the reviews on here, but a friend said she had been there are they had done a good job on her nails. So she made an appointment for us. Pedicure was ok, but my grand daughters acrylic nails were the worst I have ever seen, she was in tears. I really don't know how they stay in business. I had to take her to another nail salon to have them removed and redone. This would be go at your own risk.

I've been going to this nail salon on and off for years. Lee and Yen both do an excellent job with gel manicures. No chipping! Sometimes I can go 3 weeks before needing to get my nails redone. I've had many pedicures over the years too. Close to home and I won't go anywhere else!

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not listen when you tell them what you want done. They couldn't even complete my service. I was very displeased with my service here and will not ever come back again!!

ZERO stars.Incredibly disgusted and disappointed of this nail salon. I only went there to get my gel removed, lady was very rude, did not explain anything, was rushing through and then left to take care of another customer. Another lady came to me and was jumping between another pedicure she was doing, she then returned with the SAME GLOVES she was using on the other client, I asked her to changed them for which she replied “I only cut her nails”, and then continued. I was extremely irritated. Also, she burned by cuticle and skin with the electric nail file thrice.I will never ever return here. Also, they need to work on the overall cleanliness of the salon.

Go somewhere else. Didn't see the nail tools cleaned before or after I got there. And nail techs kept taking off their masks. Just not worth it al all.

The lady burned my hand, and tried to cover the little bubbles that were on my nails. She also over coated parts of my nails, so its all lumpy.Then didnt clean up, my nails are uneven. Also, I asked for light blue and she got dark blue and said they same color. Also she coated my whole tip finger, with the top coat. I do not recommended going here ever again.

2 stars literally just because my pedicure was good, nails? Yeah not so much. One SUPER aggressive lady did a TERRIBLE job with shaping and was burning and cutting me, and was mad I wanted dip and not acrylic. Even tried telling me that "nobody wants dip, everyone wants acrylic. Dip fall off" I said no thank you, so she left me with crooked nails for the next lady. The next lady was sweet but couldn't do dip to save her life. I would just say no. I'm definitely not coming back

I went to the salon about four times. The first two were fine. The next one the pedicurist broke my nail, fixed it with acrylic. I could not get across to her that I did not want that done. When I came back again she did not get off all the gel polish she had put on the time before. The nail broke again, again she fixed it with acrylic. The next time I went for a pedicure I went to a different place, that person took off all of the polish very well. Underneath that one toenail was fungus and a very damaged toenail. I now have to put medication on that toenail.. I also believe they are overpriced for what you get.Service: Pedicures

I got a new set and I did a walk in. I sat down and she was really aggressive, did not ask for the color I wanted, did not understand what shape I wanted (stiletto), made me bleed, did a horrible job at shaping, put too much glue, not clean up under the nails so they are too thick. She had no idea what she was doing.

I have been to this salon 2-3 times before and my pedicures have been absolutely fine. I went again on May 3 and did not have the same pleasant experience. 1) I asked for the "regular" pedicure without the extras. She charged me for the extras! 2) She cut a rather large portion of one of my toenails, trying to clean underneath and was not going to even show it to me or ask me what I want to do about it, she just went ahead and covered it up with acrylic. I don't think that was appropriate and, if she would have asked, I would have told her to cut it down as far as it would go, even if it was very short. I'll think twice about going here again.

Went with a friend as walk ins and we received excellent treatment. Our pedicures were awesome, never had a better massage on my lower legs and feet. My gel polish lasted easily two months. Had hoped to go back sooner but Covid hit.
