They almost never have super worms in stock, when they are out we have to get the largest size meal worms, and the ones they carry are actually not very large. I had to buy 2 tubs of those because they were also out of the larger quantity tubs and they wouldn’t offer a discount (I actually asked the manager). This has happened repeatedly over several months. Unfortunately Petco’s super worms are poor quality but at least they have them is stock more reliably.

Best pet shop in town! Great selection, all the animals on site are in great health, and you can tell the staff really cares.

5 stars is not near enough for the Menaul location. They are always so welcoming and friendly. They always go out of their way to help me with my dogs, cats, parakeets. I want to give a huge shout out to Sam. I believe he is the dept head for the fish. Sam always takes the time to teach me. I was brand new at getting fish over a year ago and I asked Sam a million questions. He always knew the answer and he was always right. I made a couple of mistakes over the year but Sam never made me feel bad. I love my TWO aquariums and I want to get a 3rd.... Thank you Sam!!!!

My rescue dog is suffering from a food allergy and has lost weight. Clark's Pet Emporium staff have been very helpful with selecting the best food. With their help, we're closer to finding foods that he can tolerate and then thrive again. Here's Frank saying,"I'm hungry". Thank you.

The staff is always friendly but their buy 11 bags of dog food get your 12th one free is fiction. I've bought dozens of bags and always checked which bag I was on. I'd get up to bag 8 and then get knocked down to bag 5, over and over. If you're not going to honor your deals, don't offer it.
