Shady scam. I bought a scratch it and once i saw this was previously scratched, I immediatel showed it to this store and told them, hey someone in your staff pre scratched this scratch it to get the 3 digit code in this bottom serial. They said "this happens when trying to tear the scratch it."

Went to buy some needed item as it was the only store within miles that was advertised to be open 24 hours. I came to the doors that locked but the lights were on and there was an male employee, I stood at the door thinking he was going to let me in but he told me that the store was closed. There was no hours of operations stating closure, I looked up the hours online and it stated 24. This was an unfortunate experience.

5-9-24 Circle K at menaul in Pennsylvania. 8-8:30pm a line outside the front door, door was locked. Even saw some people knocking on the windows and doors. Very strange....... Nothing surprise me in Albuquerque
Personal experience, Albuquerque a strange sign of the times, circle k's in the international district.
Stages of a convenience store in problem area vs. no problems,
1st Clean counters, clean floors, cups well stocked, and lids available, plenty of straws and fountain drink selection is good.
2nd Counter tops a little dirty, floors starting to show signs of not being moped, cup selections is there but not many cups put out, lids are also there but not well stocked, straws are full, and fountain drink collection is ok but some products are not available.
3rd Dirty counters and floors, some cups of different sizes are there but sparse, some sizes of lids are not available, plenty of straws thou and fountain drink selection is minimal.
4th Dirty counter and floors, cups are stocked again different sizes are missing, lids are sparse, you must buy cup with your choice of fountain product and have a lid, you will get a straw at the counter after you have paid for cup.
5th Dirty counters and floors, you have to pay for the cup, straw with lid that is kept behind the counter before you can go to fountain drink area and many products are not available some of the drink dispensers are not working.
6th Dirty counters and floors, no fountain drinks are available……… store has given up. Over run by crime.

I don't know who manages this place but they are doing a terrible job. Always out of everything. Never have cups for drinks. If not that they are out of lids or straws.

Closed, doors locked at 10:30 am. Not pm. Pm I get. But in the morning? Don't bother coming here for anything other than a fill up because your not getting in the building.

Waited in line forever just to get to the register to be told by an employee “ I need a smoke break someone will be with you shortly” and then left me and the 5 other people in line behind me waiting. Also the staff is always locking the doors during operating hours. If it is noted to be open that is what people expect.
