These workers from management to employees need to learn how promotions work. Always trying to argue about it like it's a waste of their time and act like it's their own money. Also they decide what they want to charge for refills.

I stopped here to get coffee and gas. After coffee I felt sick to my stomach. The clerk was quite rude and bathroom was horrible mess. I parked and think I sweated out a fever. A couple hours later the lady calls the cops on me trespassing. WTH!? I left and got my 50$ gas down the street at Alon they appreciate sending them business. Lesson learned; don't go here. Did they poison the coffee?

Do not buy gas here with pay at the pump unless you want to have major hassles with the pump NOT dispensing the gas! Three different times at two different pumps it cut me off at only $1.25’ish and didn’t even begin dispensing gas until 2 seconds before it shut off. They won’t turn back on and you cannot get your money refunded. Sounds like an on purpose problem because when you address it with the clerk, who in turn calls the owner, they do not care, simply say sorry and blame it on the sensor inside the nozzle. Solution: GET THEM FIXED! The security seal is sometimes broken, as well. Avoid!

You know you're the only store pretty much in the area that's open at this time of night and a lot of disappointed people showed up tonight hoping for a snack after work. If you don't have enough employees to stay open 24 hours, you need to change the hours on your website.

Dude hire enough people so the store can remain open, literally every time I go here the door is locked and there's a sign that says "back in 10 minutes" . Most inconvenient convenience store.

I walked in, i handed the cashier my winning scratch offs, he gave me 5 ones and a 5. I said, I don't want all these ones, hes says, you get what you get! I was completely shocked as this is not the way o.am ever spoken to. I was thinking, what is wrong with this person?. i said, I needed a 5 or a.ten because I am just buying more scratch offs in your machine. He said that's your fault, should have let me know. Now, get out of my store and don't come back ever. I was like, what did he just say?! I said I am pretty sure your manager would not agree with this and by all means, i will not be back because you are horrible. He says good. Because i am the manager. I don't know what happened. I did nothing wrong , I was not rude, I didn't cuss, I was being mistreated by the manager and no one cares about that. I tried to contact the company regarding this very rude manager and of course , there has been no response. I don't know why this cashier at circle k that says he is a manager, thinks it is ok to speak to any customer in such a rude way is ok. Maybe they are used to dealing with shady people, I am not shady and simply didn't want to attempt to feed there scratch off machine in there store( because they don't seem to have restocked the ones at the register) the ones he gave me were all bent and torn and there machine rejects dollars in that condition. Apparently its ok to buy gas or whatever from circle k but, if you aren't happy with there service or attitudes; you can just get out and stay out! Not to worry, I am over it. I will never go back to any circle k as long as I live! I am not there kind of customer it seems, I have class and require respect when I come in to a store. I was unaware that circle k allows such behavior from employees and managers. This manager needs to be fired! And sadly, he probably is treating someone else today at that store just as bad today.i am so upset by this, that I felt I had to have my say about what had happened to me. This is considered a nice part of town and just can't believe this even happened! Wow! Shame on circle k!

I gave 4 stars cause the 5th star is directed towards the ignorance of the evening time cashier she is a rude nasty evil person if she wasn't there I'd give him six stars that color lady has no nice happiness bone in her body

the lady who *usually* works night shifts is literally so rude ? like she’s not nice at all & one time she gave me $4 in quarters and I was like “you don’t have any bills?” she said “im running out of money in the register”…like ok? so u haven’t ran out yet that’s not my problem ? she refused and i was like “okay it’s alright have a good night” and she ignored me. not to mention EVERY time i say “thank you have a good night” she literally ignores me. the other workers have been decent, it’s just her.

Terribly rude clerk. I went in to buy a lottery 3 different times and she denied me every time; even after proof of ID and over the age of 18. The first 2 times I let it go but by now it’s something personal or a power trip she’s having. I hope she gets fired because from the sounds of it, I’m not the only who seems to find her incredibly rude and disrespectful to paying customers.

Clerks are rude and this store in particular seems to have trouble ordering supplies. Today was the 3rd time I've gone into this location to get a drink and they are out of the extra large drink lids. Of course the woman behind the counter suggests using the large lid (upside down) on the extra large cup. This actually works until you pick the cup up from a drink holder in your car. When you do that the lid pops out and the drink spills all over your vehicle. It's amazing that this location seems to have trouble ordering supplies. There's always 2 or 3 drinks with "out of product" stickers on them. Terribly run store. Find another location.
