They have the beer locked, so I tell her can I buy beer? She throws the keys on the counter a ring with 5 keys, I say are all the keys the same, she responds I can't tell you the locks are up top. What the heck?! You want to lock up a product you should have an employee open it!!!!!!!!!

If anyone is trying to buy lottery tickets or redeem winnings don’t come here! This place with there lottery system is always down and if anyone has ebt they don’t except it here also! They have a ghetto sign at the door, no this and no that. Might as well no to this establishment. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone…

Stopped for fuel, During the transaction the teller named Cooper, a White Woman, continued having a conversation with another Customer, Who coincidentally was White, I asked if she was done with the conversation, as I was standing right there, Cooper quickly became Aggressive, and Demeaning towards me, I made a comment about "Customer Service " as that is her/his role, I prepaid for fuel, and Cooper kept making unprofessional remarks, When I went to put in the fuel I prepaid he/she canceled the transaction.Great Customer Service Circle K, as Two Men & a Truck do, You Make Albuquerque SHINE!!!Receipt as proof of date and timeUpdate, 12:45pm, same day, I was charged for the purchase, as mentioned, He/She canceled the transaction within a minute of the time on the recipt.Update, Circle K Corporate Office called me to apologize for Cooper, I told them the real problem is that it happened, This should not have, Circle K Protects and promotes Racism, Allowing their Employees an outlet for their Prejudices, With Only a "We Are Sorry"I was treated very poorly by Circle K, and I had money stole from me by Cooper

This is a terrible convenience store. It smells like rotten eggs. The customer service it atrocious except for the 2 guys that work there. But the two young ladies that work there have the worst bad attitudes I've ever experienced. One is worse then the other. So just watch out. I didn't get names because I needed to get away from their dark, evil, negative energy.

This guy deserves a raise!Great customer service and clean store. Well lit and safe.7pm on Christmas Eve ...The pump wasn't starting and said I needed to go inside to see the cashier even though it had already placed a hold on my card.He handled the issue quickly with a great sense of humor and understanding. Made our evening.

Literally never open. It was 10 pm when I walked in and the workers looked at me and said, "Uh, we're closed?" as if it was an outrageous thing that I had walked into their gas station that is supposed to be open and has the lights on. While the only actual closed sign was a piece of paper taped to their door, not even at eye level.
