  They have handicap parking but no seating to wait in the long teller line. Not users friendly for disabled people for sure. I'm really tempted to close my last two accounts with Chase Bank.

  No bathroom when I walked in and they had 2 guys at the helping desk then one of the desks cleared up for us and then the banker tender walked off when we walked up, no to professional

  Don't trust this bank.Lazy and unmotivated.Made a check deposit they sit on it 9 days.My wife takes a check in drawn on their bank and they can't cash it.So she asks if she deposits the check if there will be a hold.They said they have to deposit it first before they can find out.So she went to her Credit Union Nusenda amd they cashed the Chase check and released the funds with no hold immediately. Tried to open a business account and they said they couldn't open the account unless I had the business license from tax and rev.told him it is on my phone and I can email him the copy.He said I needed to have it printed out.What the heck?Stay away bank New Mexico screw this New York crap.

  I have chase for a long time. One day I needed to do something face to face and decided to enter there , in the offices a woman in front and another who looks like Korean or Chinese none wanted to attended finally I stopped and asked the woman who said that for the moment I couldn't speak with you then I went with the Korean and his head annoyed and said pass did not offer me to take a chair I took it my self he just said what you want I explained my situation that was not easily and complicated since another bank took a money was from Chase didn't even finish explaining and he said I can't help you the only thing he did those 4 minutes was move his head with courage finally sent me with the manager , by the way she was very professional and spoke Spanish. Finally she fixed the problem for me but I was very disappointed with the treatment of my person by the bankers who are inside From the offices especially of the Korean who almost hit in my face and the other in front of me not even an apology only saw me and move the computer or the chair so as not to see me I was already getting desperate. It was sad to see this with Chase, such an important corporation. I hope fix this very quick 😪🥹

  This is not only just for this location but for all of the Chase Banks in New Mexico:
  The drive-up ATMs are not open 24 hours a day- they are only open during their business hours which is really inconvenient also, they have no drive up service!

  Leave me alone when I’m in line trying to make a withdrawal with an uneven number. The guy was like I can show you how to use the atm. I’m like I’m not an idiot get out of my face. You guys are annoying worse than cars salesman

  When you need cash, live an hour away and only have your credit cards... they'll be closed with no explanation on a Monday at 11am. Let's Do better Chase!!!! Closed during regular business hours On Monday Aug 5th 2024.

  I want to post for who ever reads and might open an account here. I was told by my peers that chase bank is the worst bank to go with. Its true. They have so many regulations & excuses about they way they do things. Its all things that will make you stressed out like i have been since i opened my business account and left BofK. What a huge mistake. Every single check i deposit gets put on a hold 3-5-10 day holds. They wont know till after you make the deposit. In some cases the next day the checks went on additional holds making my life super stressed. You cant call the branch because they have it going straight to the 1800#. So this forces you to have to take time to drive to the bank just to talk to them branch. Its so rediculous. The "back office" as they call it makes the decisions once you deposit ypur check and they dont care about your money. The excuses are the worst when you start asking questions. Stay far away from any CHASE BANK.

  Why are there 7 chase banks in Albuquerque and none in other locations of the state. Farmington, Las Cruces, Los Lunas, Socorro,Riudoso,Clovis,Raton,Calsbad there are no chase banks in these areas WHY

  If I could give no stars I would! I had a checking account with them for over a year and I got an email today saying to call before my account was closed. I called and they said the bank closed my account but did not have to disclose why! Didn't even give me time to get a new account set up for my direct deposit.

  I’ve been a Chase member for over 10 years and today was one wild experience in branch.Jim on the teller line had referred me to contact an external department for a cash advance, but sat me in the lobby to speak with someone to resolve this.Brandon, the branch manager, then shuffled me into his office to attempt to resolve this and then provided me with another phone number to call, which lead to an IVR system that repeated the information of my failed transaction.The branch manager then called another department to “attempt to resolve” the issues, which he then later claimed to know wouldn’t be a fix to the issue as “he was familiar with the policy and knew it well since he had worked here 15 years.”When attempting to express my experience I was talked over, and talked down to. There was a lack of accountability, professionalism, and leadership across every line of operations in this branch.As someone that also works in the financial industry, it was very unfortunate and unexpected to encounter so many contradicting solutions to something as simple as a cash advance.I’ll continue banking with Chase, I just hope that this review reaches the appropriate level of management within the Albuquerque area to ensure that the tellers here and branch managers are more mindful of the information they are giving to members.

  All the Employees here are extremely nice and helpful. Especially Christopher Gonzalez. I met Chris at the Coors branch to discuss a mortgage. He was just the best! From pre approval to closing on our new home he went above and beyond. I somehow lost the survey from chase but I wanted to post somewhere to acknowledge his excellence in customer service! Thanks again Chris to was a pleasure meeting and working with you!

  The bank will hold your funds for two weeks even if is a small amount. They told me the check will clear today, then put it on hold for another two weeks. Then they told me the other bank doesn’t verify funds even tho I called them and verified. The other bank told me chase took the money out last week and have the funds. Also the workers at this location have no power and will have you call the 800 number and wait for hours

  Be careful opening a business account with them… they make you sign up for what they call quick deposit but then hold any check a customer gives you for weeks… Then when you go to speak to them, they all act like it’s just the system and they have no power… Beware of the balding middle aged dude who does business accounts, he is a liar.
