There was 5-6 employees and they were all useless. The bank teller didn’t want to cash my check.. I went outside and used the mobile app to deposit my check and then pulled out the cash using the ATM! It’s pointless to have that many employees and not help a customer! Bad service!

Branch tellers are not friendly or helpful.Went in to make a a payment to an account but they refused it because i was not on the account.Strange since Ive done the payments this way since the account was opened. Think they make rules up daily depending on their.mood.
