I really like the windows, but the customer service was junk. When the installers arrived, there was 4 screens missing, which they did not inform Champion about it. I had to take time out of my own day to inform them, make multiple calls and emails, and it still took them 6 months to bring me four screens. I find this unacceptable after spending $17,000. I had trouble getting a hold of the person dealing with getting my missing screens. After I received one missed call, I made multiple attempts to call and left multiple messages. They left me in the dark for months. Also I had to take time off of work for the measuring of the windows. They were scheduled to show up some time from 12pm to 4pm. They showed up at 6:30pm. I didn't even need to take time off of work and stared out the window all afternoon. I think what Champion considers a premier window company, should do better.

From the very professional and knowledgeable salesman to the delivery and installation team, we were very well treated. The windows are fantastic and are all they were promised to be.

Had poor customer service. We're misquoted the price, and the capability to produce the windows they said they could. It also took a month to get the down-payment back. We went with them based on previous positive experience.

My husband and I met with Conner H. today for an estimate on window replacement. Conner was really friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and answered all our questions. He was transparent and worked out several different options for us. At no point during the appointment did we feel pressured to make a hasty decision about a home upgrade that can be quite costly. Pricing seemed very fair for the quality offered by Champion. Overall, really great experience for an estimate to upgrade our home.

I loved the presentation for my new installation of bedroom windows. Conner and David did an awesome job describing the installation process, the type of windows being installed, etc. I was not going to go with their windows, but they talked me into a sale for them. They asked me for my thoughts and needs and they answered all of my questions perfectly. Very intelligent two young men. Their salesmanship sold me on their product. Thank you Conner and David. I appreciate you.

Had an 8x8 foot broken single pane window. Champion salesman recommended triple pane replacement. He said double pane was cheaper but not as good. He also made a number of representations about how the replacement process would be handled and made calls to confirm that the new window was within the size that Champion could provide.
After down payment the person who came to measure the window said that Champion could not provide the size of window ordered and the salesman should have known of the problem.
When I contacted Champion they said that they had changed the order without asking me or notifying me to double pane and I would be charged the same price as triple pane. I said I had not ordered double pane and did not want it and that I was being overcharged if I did end up with double pane.
I was told that manufacture of the windows had not been started and there were problems with the manufacture but that Champion intended to proceed to manufacture and charge for the windows I had not ordered. I was told I could not cancel. I was told that it was my fault for listening to and relying on representations made by the salesman and that Champion reserved the right to substitute and bill for windows I had not agreed to.
Buyer beware, this is not a reliable company. Champion refuses to discuss how to resolve these issues. I give Champion one star because it does not allow me to give fewer stars

I entered my phone and email information to the Champion window web page the next morning my phone blew up with phone calls from other window and remodeling businesses.
They all called me except-Champion whom I was interested in getting an estimate from.
It appears all the local businesses share the same information and it wasn’t limited to the Champion Windows whose web page I used.
So if you don’t want your phone to blow up don’t enter your personal information to ask for an estimate.
