“We always get great service at a good price .The only complaint I have this time is I hope in the future not to have to use the airport location very rude there and no walkaround before we drive off so vehicles are a little mistreated other than that love enterprise.”

“I went to the enterprise on lomas and just the team there is just fantastic. I was able to get a ride to my rental car. And I'm bad with names but whoever the cute amd attractive lady is there at the (lomas) location in Albuquerque is just a peach. Very helpful. Attentive, excellent customer service. Handled everything with care. She definitely deserves a raise or vacation or something. All around in general I don't normally have issue with enterprise as a whole so it's never a bad experience”

“Do you know how many times, I had to drive up and down Montgomery Blvd. Trying to find this location.... Many, many times. The registration printout from the website DOES NOT LIST THE ADDRESS but just the old, old name of the strip mall.
Once we found the office. It was pretty smooth for processing the Dodge Durango. Nice vehicles available, nothing compact.”

My son ended up in the hospital the day of return and I like that they heard me out and helped me extend my rental last minute. Would definitely come back if the same employees assisted me like before. They might not have the cleanest vehicles but if you aren't satisfied they go above and beyond for you.”

“Have been going to this office for years when I visit Albuquerque as it's close to my parents home and they offer good prices. Always friendly great service too! Recently I picked up a car at their office on Yale (crowne plaza) and as I drove off, I realized the car was too small for me...didn't feel good to drive. So I stopped at another Budget/Avis office...this one...and asked if I could swap cars. It was not an issue for them and I was much happier with a different model! Great Service always!”
