Very easy to deal with. Went for the schedule for estimate and repair. They did it very fairly and quick. Bob is very experienced and knowledgable.

Although, I accidentally totaled my Pilot and was grieving it's lost, I appreciate Bob and Rachel taking the time out to be kind and gentle with me. They made the process a little easier to deal with. I strongly recommend Car Crafters. Hands down.

The insurance company ended up totaling the car so Carcrafters never got to work on it but they did store it and helped me collect belongings from it. Very professional and helpful.

They did a great job and fixed my car 99%, so I gave them 4 stars. However, they didn't fix an engine light that happened when the front end was damaged.

My completion date was delayed by a few days which was inconvenient. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the one dollar bills I had in my console had been stolen (approximately $10). They were not in plain sight which tells me the employee(s) were looking through my belongings. Disappointed
