Our experience was very good. What I especially liked about your service was that Halee Lusk either answered the phone directly when I called or returned the call very soon after I called. Too many organizations require you to answer questions from a computer or transfer me to some person in India or the Phillipines. That is personal stuff. On the workmanship side you did great. You repaired the window in one day (in fact, within hours). Great help! Did not require a rental car. Thanks.

I already sent my review. Once again, I am very satisfied with this company. My technician Omar, was very professional, regularly kept me updated regarding progress and communicated the work well. I will definitely recommend car crafters to all my friends!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told they did not have an appointment under my name. I was then told I must have called a different location. They then confirmed I did not call another location in their system. No apologies for their mistake even though I had taken time off work to be at the appointment. I was then told it was my fault for not getting the name of the employee who scheduled the appointment and that it was my fault that I had not scheduled an appointment. They then proceeded to argue that they don't work with the place that caused the damage. Completely unprofessional. I have worked with several other collision companies in ABQ and have never had any issues. I was able to schedule two other appointments, the same day, with other reputable companies while Car Crafters refused to even look at the truck.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Car Crafters if you desire top notch body work, excellent communications at a reasonable cost. They were more than a $1,000 less than their competitors. I have a unique car (Alfa Romeo) and I was told only a couple of companies could service my car on Albuquerque. That was not True as Car Crafters delivered!! My car looks brand new.

Don't not take your car here they don't fix things correctly then said "oh we don't what's wrong with it we did everything."
But they messed it up more now I have to take to my dealership and pay out of pocket.
Stealing money not doing work correctly. I used them years ago had a good experience but this new location did not go a good job don't take your car there.

Extremely pleased with the service. Everyone was very professional and the work was completed sooner than they initially estimated! When I picked up my vehicle, they let me leave my rental car with them and said they would take care of returning it.

I do NOT recommend this location. After getting my vehicle repaired for a minor bumper/front replacement, my car started experiencing thumping whenever I turned my steering wheel and the air conditioner stopped working entirely. I attempted to get into contact with my case worker Michelle to let them know, which nearly took a week as she was seemingly avoiding the multiple phone calls and emails.
Finally, after the receptionist directly handed Michelle the phone - I was told that "they could not verify the broken air conditioner was due to the accident thus they could not fix it without me paying out of pocket." I explained to her that the air conditioner was working just fine until they worked on my vehicle. She got extremely upset insinuating that I was "accusing them of breaking my air conditioner." Super unprofessional.
Now months later the vehicle is experiencing overheating issues. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

Absolutely love this place! My car was hit while I was at work. Everything was smooth for me, dropped off my car and they got me a Lyft to get to work. They made everything very convenient and the work is absolute perfection! Thank you!
