They are reasonably priced and do a wonderful job. I like the extra time they spend checking the entire vehicle and making sure it's running correctly. That gave me peace of mind knowing that my car is running great. I can trust them as a female and not worry about being taken advantage of!

We had our 2004 Toyota Sienna van worked on in August because there was a loud squeaking noise. We called them a week later because the noise came back. They got us in the next day and was able to remedy the problem whiich was simply loose belts. They are professional, responsive, and good at what they do.

We've been looking for quite a while for a new, honest, fare, and skilled place to go for service. I know vehicles pretty well and when they call after the initial inspection they are always spot on.bwevw used them three times now and I am entirely pleased and will get all of our business as well as recommendations.

I chose the Los Ranchos location for the inspection and repairs on my daughter's first car; a “new to her” used 2013 Fiat.
The shop staff was professional and courteous, they patiently answered all my questions (I had a ton).
The crew at Brown's did an amazing job! The Customer Service was incredible.
The repairs on the car ended up being more extensive than I had anticipated but Brown’s worked with my budget and did the most important ones related to safety to get my kid on the road.
They deferred the other less essential stuff for next month. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me on things we didn’t need.
After the inspection, before the work commenced I received pictures of our car via an internet link; the inspection was beyond comprehensive.
Brown's sent picture results on everything from a burned out break light to the engine gaskets, torn CB boot on the axel and vacuum pump which were in need of replacement.
The report included the stuff they checked which passed inspection plus videos that explained why the repairs suggested were important; great for those of us who are not in the know.
Needless to say, I am beyond impressed!
Finding a great mechanic shop is not easy and I was bummed when my old guy told me he didn’t work on Fiat's.
However, I am happy as can be that I went to Brown’s! I’ll never go anywhere else again. They made a customer for life.
I’d give 10 stars if it was an option! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After battling an air conditioning compressor problem, Brown's provided the vital service I needed to complete this project by recovering the R134a so I could replace the faulty compressor and recharging the system.
What I wasn't expecting was the comprehensive vehicle inspection with pictures and recommendations. This is my brothers-in-law 1986 El Camino, he now knows those items that he should focus on next.
Thanks to Chris, Eddie and Ivan for taking care of my needs.
