I took my car here to have it checked before I left for college. I had been having issues with the brakes and my car shaking when braking. When I took in my car I made them aware of the issues and they said they would take care of it. We payed over $300 in repairs thinking the issue would be solved, but when I went to leave for college the next day my car was still doing the same thing. I brought my car back when I got home from school and addressed the issues as nothing had changed and the issues had actually gotten worse. The guy had quoted us $400 tops on the phone for repairs that should’ve already been fixed the first time. After dropping off the car we were called and given an estimate of $800 to fix the car, and that the tires had also needed to be replaced. We picked up the car and took it to another big corporation in town and found that the tires indeed did not need to be changed and all our repairs only ended up costing $300. After getting home and reading reviews, I can tell the gimmick of this place, I encourage nobody to take your car here because the company put me at risk by not fixing the brake issue in the first place.

Had to give a one! Been getting my oil changed here for years with manager Tim. New management not so good! My first experience early morning was told appointments only by a boy smoking his vape like a train so I Informed Vince! Gave it another shot second time same boy doesn't know much everything I asked idk have to ask him.??? So I call Vince now I know where he gets his people skills from. Upon walking up another worker there backs a truck right into another car doesn't inform either drivers.. I do.. .then new bee gets involved after I told him id address it sooo all of a sudden they call the owners of the vehicles I'll bet money if I didn't see they wouldn't of called them! Don't support this spot there's many local places that can service you!! ???

Excellent customer service! This team is friendly, fast, efficient, and down to earth! There was a small mishap, and the team took ownership and quickly got a resolution! They didn’t go through corporate paperwork and lengthy approvals, they did what they needed to, in order to take care of my vehicle. Because at the end of the day this team cares about getting you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. I would recommend and will be back when needed!

STAY AWAY they will tell you you need unnecessary repairs
They need to make $2000 a day to stay in business
Overhead a manager telling mgr trainee he had to make the call to district supervisor they didn't make $2000

I brought in my Ford F150 to diagnose my AC problems. First they replaced the expansion valve for the price of 800 dollars , drove it away , same problem. Took it back, then they told me it was the compressor. Paid 1200 dollars to replace the compressor, drove it away and still the same problem. Tired of brake masters guessing what the problem was, I took it to a different mechanic. Come to find out it was the cooling fan relay. Went to brake master to complain about the 2000 dollar mistake they charged me and they said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this store to anyone .

Made an appointment for 1pm two days before, they didn't take my car back until 1:45, and I sat there until 3:30 for an alignment, which should not take that long. They were taking other people back before me that had gotten there after I did.
