It looks like my first bad review got deleted. My eight-year-old son needed to use the bathroom as we were shopping in there and the associates were rude and cold about refusing to let him use the bathroom. We ended up leaving without getting to buy anything. A little empathy could’ve gone a long way, I can’t help to think but if I was a white person, they probably would’ve let my kid use their bathroom instead of being jerks about it. I will never shop here again.

This place was very amazing everyone is so nice but when u walk in everyone greets and just stares so like it’s a bit weird but I they always ask if u need help with anything and very useful

They are very nice at this location but im trying to buy a rifle and they won’t answer the phone so I can see if my background check went through. I live outside of Albuquerque so it be nice to get ahold of someone instead of having to drive all the way out there. See I just got ahold of someone at their location and they hung up on me. Poor customer service by far these people are really disappointing . Instead of them calling me like they said they would I just have to go back and pressure them in person.

8/30/2023 7:32pm I called this location to see if they have a product I need. The website says they close at 8:30pm. First call went straight to voicemail. 2nd call straight to voicemail. 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th and 10th calls all went straight to voicemail. So I called the store on Juan Tabo, they answered my call Right Away. I asked the nice lady what time they close, she said ALL OF OUR STORES close at 8:30pm. After reading multiple 1 star reviews (for this BIG5 on Paseo Del Norte & Wyoming, Albuquerque, NM) on Google, I now know why they didn't answer the phone. This location employs lazy, useless idiots whom probably struggle with the technical ability to answer a phone. ATTENTION BIG5 CORPORATE EXECUTIVES:YOU NEED TO RAISE YOUR STANDARDS IN REGARDS TO YOUR HIRING PROCESS!!! STOP HIRING HUMAN GARBAGE! Ffs do Better!!These worthless "employees" you have standing around ignoring customers on your sales floor and ignoring phone calls DON'T CARE about the bottom line. This same demographic of bottom feeding "employees" are your BIGGEST SOURCE FOR SHRINKAGE AND INTERNAL THEFT. Wake up

Best experience ever! So incredibly accommodating! I showed up with my 2 girls on bicycles, and we had a flat tire. We purchased a patch kit, and Lexie & Celene at this store supplied us with everything we needed to get back on the road. With their help, we fixed the flat right there in the store! It was the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend this location! Lexie and Celene are amazing!!!
