“I recently purchased a Lectric XP trike. The assembly videos was explicit and easy to understand. However, after installing the handlebars, I noticed an issue with the level of the handlebars. Turns out the headset was not adjusted properly on the bike.

I talked with Alejandro and after many test rides on multiple bikes I found a bike that felt good. He then assisted with finding pedals, a bottle holder, and assembling a flat pack. He was able to answer every question, was an expert at all the necessary adjustments, and ended up staying awhile after closing time making sure I was well taken care of.
