Purchased a washing machine in early January and it is already clunking and making my dogs think someone is breaking into the house. Tech was out today, unable to identify anything. I will never use Best buy unless they replace this machine which is obviously defective. Less than 30 days! Shameful. Do not trust them or their services or their promises.

I went into the store to purchase a Roku, which I ended up having to return twice - that should have been my first clue. While I was there, I purchased a refrigerator. The salesman was great and went the extra step of scheduling an appointment for a Saturday delivery. I got the first available Saturday appointment which was 18 days away. This is plenty of time to prepare my home for this new large appliance. While I waited for the delivery, I did a bit of comparison shopping, and actually found the same refrigerator cheaper, closer to my home, with same day delivery, but, since I'd already paid, and since I knew I had a confirmed appointment, and because I didn't want to go back for a third time, I went ahead with this purchase. That was the wrong decision. I am writing this review on the morning of my scheduled appointment. I've received no less than THREE emails confirming my appointment. I've spent at least a full day getting ready for this new refrigerator by THROWING OUT ALL MY FOOD, cleaning the kitchen and old refrigerator, and moving furniture in my small space to make the delivery easier. First of all, the delivery window is ridiculous!! It's a 12 hour window, from 7am-7pm, which means I've had to clear my entire day to be ready. I log in to check for updates about the delivery, and I'm shocked to see that my delivery has been rescheduled without any notification whatsoever - no calls, no email, NOTHING. What is the point of asking for my phone number every single time I buy something if you aren't going to use it?? If I hadn't logged on, I'd probably still be waiting. So, I call the customer service line and I am immediately annoyed that they want me to talk with a chat-bot through text. Seriously?? No, thanks. I wait for a customer service person. The customer service person offers no resolution. There's NO explanation as to why it was canceled- just "NO we can't deliver to you today." They don't say why, and they don't want to hear my complaints. They tell me right away that they can't offer any monetary compensation (???); even though I didn't ask for that; I just wanted to know what happened, did the truck break down, did they make a booking error, whatever, and ask how I can get back on the schedule for today? Just NO. With food being so expensive these days, I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A PHONE CALL letting me know my appointment was canceled. They really don't care that I've just wasted time and money throwing out food and getting ready. I escalated the call to a supervisor. It took 27 minutes for "a supervisor to become available" which, I'm sure, they make it a long and painful wait so you'll hang up, but I'm persistent and waited anyway -only to be told the exact same thing. They DO NOT CARE. There is no customer service - zero attempt to get it rescheduled for today; zero resolution, and zero explanation. All I can think is that if their service is this bad before I even get the appliance, how bad will it be if it stops working, and when I need to use the warranty??? I bet that warranty line has been disconnected long ago. No thanks. I'll go elsewhere. I canceled the order, and they wouldn't even give me a confirmation of cancelation. I just have to have faith that my credit card will be refunded. I hate to tell you, Best Buy, but I've lost faith in you, and it seems that most everyone on this Yelp page has too. I wish I had read the reviews before I committed to this purchase. I say, do yourself a favor, and just walk away, or maybe instead of waiting 18 days to be disappointed, just open up your refrigerator and throw everything away. All of the negative reviews are here for a reason. Don't be surprised if this company files for Chapter 11 soon.

Went to Geek Squad for Z flip 4 repair. They were unable to repair so because the phone was less than a year old we were given full credit towards the purchase of a new Z Flip 5. They also transfered everything to the new phone. So happy we had purchased the best buy extended plan. Also, the Techs were on time for our appointment, friendly and courteous

Very poor customer service. Store not busy and very understaffed. Extremely hard to get help and those I found to assist me stated they were not knowledgeable in what I needed help with. I was looking for equipment to "cut the cable/satellite cord" for local channels and help with wifi set up help.

Today I did it- I drove all the way to Rio Rancho to return my radio that didn't work once it was installed, only to find out I have to send it back to the company... However, the trip was not for nothing I bought a 32" Insignia fireTV for 89.00, originally 149.99.This store is smaller than the BEST BUY that's closed due to flooding on Hotel Circle, and no one bothered helping me with my purchase. (I was helped to the fullest when I purchased a LGTV in July @ the Hotel Circle store)

Good service, now the delivery of my item was a nightmare, but during the 2week mix up I was helped with a replacement item. The installation team did amazing. It was the delay mix and computer canceling my 2nd appointment, which is why I am giving 3 starts.

Pierre is the person in the laptop area that really helped me. Also, a female by the front spotted me and knew I needed help choosing a laptop. The two of them provided outstanding customer service today. I bought a laptop and I'll circle back to detail it's function. I'm just thankful they had what I wanted in stock and answered a lot of questions.

I came in to the store to use my geek squad protection on three idems. I have spent alot of money with Bestbuy for the past ten plus years. The manager who had been called to assist because two of my idems had been discontinued. He stated that since one idem was alexia digital device and was the first generation that I could pay $80 to get the newer device. I bought my idem on a black Friday deal but, paid the additional money for the geek squad protection for replacement of same device or comparable device. He said nope! I have worked her as the manager for 7 years and have never heard that. I said well my phone is dead and I know the guide lines very well and what you are saying, isn't true. I said it use to be posted in huge writing along with you will match any lower price plus 10% but, that seems to be gone. He was very rude and stood there like he was expecting me to try to take it to a different level. I took my gift card that wasI was given for the $50 ( not the extra $30 I paid for the protection I never got and left. I doubt I will ever return to either bestbuy store. I am tired of the attitudes, bad customer service and the lack of caring about there promise to there customers. If this is the case, why would I ever pay extra for a idem they refuse to replace? I am sticking to Amazon. There prices are better and they know how to keep there customers happy. I tried calling the store to speak to the actual store manager( not the very sloppy,over weight, rude retail manager that was working) but, apartently they don't take customer calls. And the other location was closed on a Saturday at 11:00 A.M. so guess this company is in trouble. I hope they close for good, nobody needs to ever be treated like the way I was treated and honestly I doubt most of the employees there have no idea that there are rules to how you treat and speak to customers that you want to keep. I probably have paid a couple of there employees wages by me buying all my appliances, this, electronics from them over the many years I have been a customer. Thats why there in a financial crises currently, customers that spend big dollars are walking out the door for good. They can add there company to the long list of companies that no longer are open. K-mart, Sears, Toysrus, ect..... shame on them!!!! I look foreward to there announcement that they are closing there doors!!! Good luck Mr. Retail Manager, finding a job with your appearance and attitude!!!

The geek squad service from this location is terrible. I have been without a fridge for 2 weeks. I tried to reach out to this store multiple times and can't get a hold of anyone. I have a PAID warranty on my fridge and can not get the service I paid for. The tech came out for one problem and after the visit we had more problems. I called and was told the part was ordered. They even told me they contacted the tech and they confirmed the correct part was ordered. The tech called me to reschedule the appointment due to part delays and explained the new problem. They told me the part was not going to fix it. So much more to the story and canceled appointments but ultimately I realize that if you buy from Best Buy, be prepared for extreme disappointment. If your product is outside of factory warranty, then be prepared. We have been living out of an ice chest for 2 weeks. As a family of 6, my 2k would have been better spent at an ice house.

Good place to shop for appliances. Nice selection. No working displays however, but most places don't have working displays. Staff willing to assist. Lots of open box specials which are great if your looking to save money.
