This location has it's own security posted out front so I always lock the car when I part near the front door. Once inside, the greeter directed us to the Geek Squad where we got the screen saver replaced on a new iPhone. It's not clear when entering the store, but you must have an appoitment with Geek Squad before being waited on. Be sure to ask for an appointment or call ahead.

I have not been here since 1999. I refuse to step foot into the store. I do not know why it came up on Google. But this place sucks.

Offer electronic trade-in, recycle, and Geek squad protection plan paid off (either fix or replace within warrenty time) for pricey Samsung, Canon, and Nintendo devices!

Extremely disappointed in best buy they should be ashamed of themselves. What happened to the days when a customer can come in and say that something didn't fit or something wansnt working and still be able to get at least an exchange granted or store credit. Yes , if the return refund period is over , at least offer an exchange to keep the customer happy. But not Best Buy, they cannot do that apparently. Especially if it's after Christmas they have an "extended" period of 3 whole entire weeks after christmas to return anything , but anything passed that you have to spend extra money at the time of purchase in order to gain more time past 3 week extended time to return your product. I was trying to return a tablet cover that did not fit. And I was told that I could not get a refund. Nor could I exchange it because I had already passed this 3 week extended time after christmas to return a product. Unfortunately, the Day After Christmas I ended up in the hospital, and I've been recovering ever since. And even after letting them know that and even offering to show them my hospital bill. They still would not even offer an exchange. Best Buy needs to get back to the drawing board and realize their customers are the ones who are the most important people in their line of business. Best Buy is a shameful company, not allowing even exchanges on a simple cover that was never used.Best Buy corporate is definitely going to be hearing from me. For this customer best buy is no longer the best place to buy anything.

I don't know why my previous 1 star review was removed? I guess Google is playing to Best buy obviously. Just look at all the recent reviews and it's obvious this store is going downhill. I'm surprised this location is still open. I had to go across town to the cottonwood location the last few times I needed something from Best buy. So I'd recommend not even wasting your time at this location.

George who works in the T.V. section was very knowledgeable and also had the best customer service I have experienced at a retail store. Please give that man a raise!

I went to Best Buy to purchase a car charger. I asked an older gentleman, he pointed to where he said the chargers. I went in that direction. I did not find it. I got tired of looking so I asked a lady and again, she pointed in that same direction. At this point I was getting frustrated. I asked a young man at the register. He looked up the SKU and said the system shows it was in stock. We looked everywhere. Nothing! I can't believe the kind of service I got. I thought Bedt Buy was a reputable company. I find Walmart at least a better service than this.

Service was good, not the most knowledgeable but willing to assist, which was nice. They had a good selection for what we were looking for. Got a receipt scanner and a new monitor.
