I swear this location always, and I mean always has someone doing nothing. While I wait for someone to help me. Won't say anything, like hold on, we'll be right with you. Nothing. They get paid to sit or stand to do nothing. Not even greet.

The worker bank teller Jeramiah Lucero is rude, condescending, egotistical and unprofessional PNC must be having issues hiring good people because this bank teller is a horrible employee!

Do yourself a favor and google "PNC high yield savings" to get 4% interestI called to open a high yield savings at 4% APY. Employee told me high yield savings did not exist, and offered a CD at a lower rate or a savings account that earns next to nothing. I told the teller what to Google to see the offer and they didn't. I asked for a manager. I was told "We don't have a manager at this branch, call the number on your debit card".After calling HQ I learned that they offer the rate online only. So this PNC branch is either actively misleading customers away from online offers, or needs better employee training. Either practice is hurting customers that aren't internet savvy. Makes me wonder what the banking regulations are for stating an online product offer doesn't exist.All of the positive reviews are from before PNC acquired BBVA Compass.

Walked into the bank after other customers. Waited for them to finish. Jeremiah helps them as I observed. Jeremiah then stops his conversation to ask me "Are you lost, do you need directions?" Is this an appropriate question for someone who walk into a bank? He did finally offer the ATM, which I apparently did NOT need. Then asked do I have an appointment. I left. I was directed by PNC to go to a branch and was told it would not be a problem. I would avoid this branch at all cost.

Usually I always have an easy time with this location but today is the day I will never visit this location again. I drove over to this location just to be told by 3 people sitting at a table outside that the branch had closed at 2 pm that day even though online says 6 pm (no notice from the bank whatsoever, plus this Friday is not a holiday...) and then I am told since BBVA transfered to PNC today that would not be able to view my online account from BBVA. I have to wait til Tuesday because this company celebrates a hate holiday this coming Monday. Tuesday is what all 3 of these bankers nodded to and if I wanted to view my account I have to use the atm located there. I used my BBVA and PNC card and both denied atm account use. This company has showed me how useless it has become. I will be removing all my money from this account because they have shown me how unhelpful they are. Involve your customers, don't treat them like numbers!

This bank is AWFUL! They took over my previous bank about a year ago and it has been a headache ever since. I walked into the branch because their ATM is broken. I needed to deposit a check and get some cash. I took my driver's license and was told that was not sufficient identification to access my account.They could not have cared less for the inconvenience.I hate this bank.

Very Disappointed! I got locked out of my BBVA acct, it directed me to download the PNC app, so I did, tried logging in, It keeps saying I entered my User name incorrectly. ? Of course no Customer Care after 5 or weekends! I have to wait till Monday to access funds! Don't bother Banking with PNC/BBVA.... I'm taking my Business elsewhere! I was sent a new Card, & can't activate it‼️ ??

New Policy Alert ? Your check deposits will NOT BE AVAILABLE until the next day UNLESS YOU PAY A FEE. In other words, it is entirely possible to make funds available but they have found another way to take your money. This is unfair, unethical, and disgusting. Enough is enough…it does NOT have to be this way people.

Only downside is that the ATM is on the business lane ...so if bank is busy you can't get to ATM unless you wait in the business lane of banking drive drive thru...
