Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. The account services are garbage, the customer service is even worse, and the ATMs will cancel your withdrawal but still take the money from your account. If you’re lucky enough to talk to anybody but a smug, disrespectful teller named George, it will take up to 3 weeks for your money to be returned to you.

Make dam sure you check all your bills because they have a habit of handing out old bills that nobody ever wants and when you take them back to get new ones they have an attitude and try acting like they never issued them to you in the first place that has been the only issue I've had with them two times.. even though I live just blocks away from the 4 hills location I still drive to Louisiana branch!! They don't leave such a sour taste like the 4 hills branch does..

I use the PNC branch on Candelaria & Carlisle, but was sent to this branch for something else. They were great! Greeted the minute I came in and the staff was friendly and fast.

I have had only positive experiences with this bank . This is inclusive of most aspects of my banking needs. Mostly the needs I have are basic which most banks could deal with but there are a few issues which this bank handles quickly and easily.and there are a few more involved

One of the worst banks in the world I needed to get to the emergency room so I tried to use my card and it blocked my card they instructed me that I needed to reset my password after trying to reset my password they instructed me that they could not do it over the phone and are automated service so they transferred me to their 1-800 number which doesn't allow you to talk to someone because they've temporary changed their hours so if you get your account locked out there is no way to fix it because they don't want to have a customer service team available to help you and they make it very difficult for you to be able to do anything I am closing my bank tomorrow because of this issue I'm very disappointed in BBVA you guys have failed me and caused me much stress and hurt with not allowing me to use my debit card and blocking my account and not providing any solution to fix this you guys are a failure as a bank

Great location Terry should be a manager they are always helpful I'm excited to see what PNC can offer now that we are merged. I haven't had any issues so I don't see what the fuss is about on other reviews.

I would give a zero star if it allowed me to do so. Anyways this is the worst bank I have ever encountered. I'd rather cash my checks at walmart. I have direct deposit. I get paid on monday. I dont recieve my funds until tuesday. Then I set up overdraft from atm. The customer service ice representative tells me. It may or may not let me overdraft. Regaurardless I would have to pay the overdraft fee even if it didnt let me get any money. Theres been a few times I have deposited a check threw atm. I've these deposits on the weekend. It doesnt at least give you half of your money. I have to wait until monday morning about an hour after they open. Just because their closed on the weekends. In my opinion banks should be opened on Saturdays at least. How do they do buisness like that? Not happy with bbva bank.

Count your money, check your receipt. Their teller just tried to steal $50 from my cash deposit. I insisted she recount it 3 times. Asked her to use the machine or get a manager. She claimed she was the manager and they'd check if the drawer was over at the end of the night. I said I wouldn't leave til they deposited all of my money. Miraculously it turned up when someone else counted it. Either she can't count and shouldn't be a teller or she is a thief. Either way, steer clear!

Got to be the worst bank I've ever been to. It's unfortunate that this is the closest bank to my work and makes it convenient. what's inconvenient that takes 15 minutes to deposit a check when there's no one in line! I know certain businesses have different practices but holding a check for 4 days releasing it and then holding again for another 2 days is ridiculous. I would avoid this location at all cost if I were you! I'm thinking of switching banks for my everyday purchases however BBBA mortgage was great so I'm on the hook for a 30 year mortgage.
