Bought a Duracell 27mdc battery for my camper. I keep it on a battery tender when not in use. Battery failed on a camping trip over the weekend. Took the battery back to have checked and was told battery was 3 days out of warranty and the most they could do was 15% off a new one which happens to be the same discount I would have gotten if I ordered it online for pick up. Gentlemen who helped me was nice but the manager does not seem to want to take care of customers. Said that they could not get any money from Duracell so the money would come out of their pocket. Was not willing to retain a customer I guess. Will not buy from them again. Sucks because I used them for all my battery needs.

I accidentally washed my Honda key fob and killed it. Honda thinks these are made of iridium or platinum as they charge an ungodly amount to replace. I placed the the little micro circuit board in water and then Isopropanol and dried. Still dead.
The battery tested at 3.43 volts well over the 3 volt required.
My wife and looked at several of the local big box stores.Then a clerk at Wally World recommended Batteries Plus. Batteries Plus was very helpful, quickly found a two pack of CR 1620 and recommended a ordering a new fob and reprogramming.
Once I got home, I checked the batteries and they both tested ok. I installed the battery and to my amazement the key fob started working. I could not replace the fob because of cost. Batteries Plus saved me again. I recommend BP.

I needed a battery for my UPS. They had the one I needed. I ordered online and then went to pick it up. They had it ready for me. I was also able to recycle 7 UPS batteries that I had collected over the past year, and they readily accepted them. The store appears to be well stocked with batteries, LEDs, CFLs, and many other lighting products in many different shapes and sizes. The store is very clean and orderly, and the staff that was there was very friendly and helpful. I will shop here again.

I have mixed feelings about this location. The staff are, in general, polite but rather... spacey. Both times, I've gone in for phone repair, they take my info down on a tiny scrap paper that could be easily lost. This does not inspire confidence.The first time, I did eventually get my phone fixed, but the parts were on back order for months. Not their fault, though.The second time, the parts never got ordered. I called Rio Rancho store and was told parts have to be paid for in advance. The guy I spoke to was professional but was surprised that employees in the San Mateo store were unaware of this policy. He placed the order, accepted my payment, and said the parts would arrive in a week or two.It actually took about a month, and when I called the store for installation, they couldn't find my order. I eventually got a voice mail saying they found it, but "had to dig for it." Given those parts cost $340.00, I am not impressed with their level of disorganization. I did briefly mention my frustration. The employee at the Rio Rancho store said, "They are doing their best." Really? Is that their best? I feel like there is room for improvement.

Great shop. Clean and organized. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Deep battery knowledge, not just if they have stock in the store. Great price and battery I needed was in stock. Nice that these shops are all over the country if you ever do end up having an issue with the battery.

Quick screen and battery replacement by technician Steve returned my phone to like new condition. Book repair online and review details about your preferred repair package. Staff communicated well and sorted all questions out before scheduling actual repair. Even made sure I was content with repair before sales transaction. $279 a lot cheaper than $1000.00 or more for new phone.

Kudos to Jeff, he saved the day. One of my customers rented a mobility scooter here in Houston and the Batteries played out while they were in Albuquerque. They stopped by the local store there and recieved the Best service ever. Thanks guys, you rock.
