Each of the classes I've taken have been wonderful. Great mix of cardio and strength training, and it's fun! The instructors are kind and warm and do an excellent job throughout class of explaining what to do and how to make adjustments as needed.

This is more than just a workout, it’s a warm community of like minded individuals supporting each other. The instructors are amazing, able to modify all exercises. Accessible to anyone no matter what their fitness level. 100% recommended!
