Been seating in the Business drive-through for over 15 minutes to make a deposit with two people working inside just talking to each other.This bank not only have some of the rudest employees but they are also some of The most inconsiderate and slow working people.

Now that bank of the west is BMO (bank of Montreal) we have lost online access to accounts to all of our business. It has been a a week, we have spent 10 hours on the phone (mosty on hold) trying to get this sorted out. We will be filing legal action!!!I recommend every business leave this so called bank.

Made a withdrawal but accidentally left a $20 on the counter. Brandon called to let me know and re-deposited it into my account. Top notch service!

I went from Wells Fargo to BOA to this bank and now I'm trying Nucenda. Bank of the West is trying to charge me for a service fee on a account I closed months ago. Also trying to charge me overdraft on that fee. This bank is out of control and pathic trying to get whatever money they can out of you illegally.

I'm not sure why the bad ratings. I took out a commercial property loan here and they were lovely. Every time I go in there is no line and super friendly staff. I think people just forget they should also post good experiences.

I have been banking at this branch for a couple of years now. I have never had a bad experience. The tellers have all been very friendly, even if I bring in a business deposit on Saturday. I have to say I am very surprised at the reviews. They deserve the 5 stars I am giving them. I liked the service so much I opened two personal accounts for myself. I have never been charged any fees.

Truly pathetic staff. They can not read the name off of an ATM card, speak low and shady behind the counter as if you're doing something wrong - yes, banking here is wrong, are incapable of explainations.. I have never had such bad experiences as I've had at this branch. Will never go there again. Complete MORONS!

Very poor poor customer service at this branch. I would never go back to this branch. I'm sorry they have to work on Saturday. But don't rude to customers
