I have been with this bank since 2017 we have worked together for so long. Today at this location they helped me get my online banking access back and sat down with me to explain exactly what has happened with the transfer of financial institution. Thank you for your kindness and support ? the banker was a female I don't remember her name but I am very happy with her assistance with my current situation ?

Now that bank of the west is BMO (bank of Montreal) we have lost online access to accounts to all of our business. It has been a a week, we have spent 10 hours on the phone (mosty on hold) trying to get this sorted out. We will be filing legal action!!!I recommend every business leave this so called bank.

Awful. Went there to deposit two party "and" check into IOLTA account. Told clerk it was IOLTA account. Clerk asked manager what to do and manager didn't ask if it was IOLTA account so told me could not deposit "and" check unless all people named on check are also on account. Went to BOA and figured out manager's mistake. Manager did not care that I was leaving. Actual conversation with her:Her: "How would you feel if somebody told you you didn't know how to do your job?"Me: "I'd feel like figuring out the problem because business is about doing good work not your feelings."Her: "Oh like your law firm isn't about your feelings."Went back and explained it to her. She lied and said it wasn't an IOLTA account when it was, just so she didn't have to feel bad about herself. Told her it was an IOLTA account. She put on a smug face and said "thank you good bye."

Clerk was super rude, and bad at her job, she couldn't even count properly. Also they will have you sign the check and thumbprint it before they tell you it about the $7.50 fee per check, so you have no choice but to use them. It is criminal behavior. Also it smells like a wet dog inside the building

They are nice and respectful, always go out of their way to help me out in any way they can. I love bank of the west and won't bank elsewhere.
