I’ve been coming here for years this branch is a joke the credit card is a joke I wouldn’t bank with this establishment And I’m over listening to the other teller drive up window and she gave the other customer the wrong change in the commercial lane this place is such a joke I closed my bank account here I wish I would close my credit account as well but it’s been to long positive history there are plenty of other fine establishments that will treat us like the normal human beings

Been a customer since 1975. At one point I thought I needed to change banks because my parents’ trust account was with Wells Fargo (have nothing good to say about that experience!) Then manager at Manzano, now retired, spoke with me personally (my first interaction with a BANK MANAGER - I was just a regular person!) convinced me to give them a chance of a few months, and indeed, that’s when I became very angry with Wells Fargo and transferred everything to Bank of the West. Since that time their banking and investment staff have bent over backwards to make sure my monetary interests were taken care of, meeting with me on a regular basis. Always very friendly and helpful.

Been banking there weekly since early 90's. Have commercial and personal accounts and investment properties with them. Very good customer service. Wendy and her team is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This bank is great when you already have a check to direct deposit every month. They have a couple of stupid things wrong with them, but all in all, I'm satisfied with their services.
