Rude unhelpful tellers. Poor customer service. They leave you at the counter and don't come back. Broken card printer. Don't waste your time at this location, better yet don't use this bank. They don't care about their customers and will withhold your money from you. Bank elsewhere!The "customer service" agents working the 888 call center are rude and unhelpful also. They provide the wrong information. I was told to go in to ANY BMO location to have a debit card printed, because they failed to do their job and send a new one out before the expiration of the previous card. I go in to a location as I was told, yet I was not provided with the services I was promised. Going on a week and a half with no debit card. I've been with this bank for over 15 years and this is the type of treatment and service I recieve. Definitely not a valued customer. No help, just a bunch of responses of UNFORTUNATELY......I would give zero starts if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service from BMO.

Martha is an idiot. She has no busniness working in a bank. She's barely qualified to work in retail. Low end retail. She has made my banking experience a nightmare. I will be closing my account and moving to a credit union instead..

Worst experience EVER! Charge $10 to cash their own check and it took more than 15 minutes in the drive-through. I will NEVER, EVER return!

Jeffery from the Coronado branch was so rude and sarcastic about my situation it was obvious that he didn’t want to help me. So sad about customer service from this bank. I don’t know why he is the manager. He is racism.Bank of the west don’t help the way is supposed to help customers. Bad customer service online waiting for ever. And the branch manager Jeffery so bad.

I opened an account with this bank a few months ago, the lady that opened my account gave me the wrong account and routing number, and when I called this morning nobody wanted to help me the last hour they where open I got placed on hold and hung up on 3 times when I'd attempt to call back everyone has the worst attitude and very unprofessional. The lady's that answer the phone aren't professional in no way you tell them your problem and they hit you back with an attitude and tell you there to busy and I can go in Monday, and once I asked to speak to a manager I got placed on hold yet again for another 15 minutes and got hung up on again!!!! I tried to call back and it went straight to the answering machine. This probably has been the worst bank I've ever banked with, since I opened an account with them none of my money has been put in my account. And its apparently the customers fault when given the wrong account and routing number. And you don't get help all you get is an an attitude placed on hold for an hour hung up on 3 times during that hour, oh and when you ask for a manager they place you on hold for minutes at a time and hang up once the work hours end but I was on the phone a WHOLE HOUR before they closed. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AND JUST PURE LAZINESS.

Worst experience ever. I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping at this location. The teller was very rude and she helped 3 cars in the commercial lane before helping anyone in the regular lanes. We waited 35 minutes patiently before calling the teller and complaining and then she finally helped us just to give us a hand written receipt.

The website shows this location closing at 5pm. I drove here from Estancia and made it here at 4:27 but they're closed; not a soul here. They've been closed for a while. Wasted my time and my gas.

I had an excellent experience with Branch manager, Gil Rodriguez. I went in with a difficult situation, low expectations, and little hope that I would get help. Gil had never met me before nor had I ever been to that particular branch. Gil jumped through hoops and called in favors to make sure I was able to get a complicated transaction through in record time. Gil, you have my loyalty. Consummate professional.
