Do not go here the manager guy is very rude so are his employees they will take advantage of you and make you look stupid just so you could go in there and fight with them due to their errors I will be taking out all my money out of this account I'm placing it in another bank. Be careful who you bank with...... Don't waste time here!!!!!!!!

I wish they did not have so many fees, but otherwise Bank of the West is so good at making things easy for their customers. The online portal is a breeze.

I have been with this branch since before it was Bank of the West. I've never had a bad experience with them . Going through the drive through with my dog, they always give him a treat, and are always courteous with me. Will never change banks!

Ghetto, indeed. As someone else here pointed out, this bank is very ghetto. Their fee for cashing their OWN checks is not $7 -- as someone else said -- but rather $7.50!!!! Unheard of. Also, many of the staff don't have a great customer service attitude. More importantly the "manager" Stefanie is quite uneducated and unprofessional, and on the exact same level as the tellers. So actually there is no "manager" available if there's ever a matter requiring judgment, knowledge, discretion, and/or professionalism. From reading the other reviews here, it appears the only good reason to go to this bank is if you are unable to speak any English. Otherwise, don't go here.

This location is a drive thru location. It is easy to access from both east and west directions. The tellers are friendly and work to get going quickly.

Don't bother calling, they don't actually answer their phone. Then when you get there, turns out they don't know what their services are. Opened my account with them about a year ago, and they made a mess of that by linking the account to my father's name and his account rather than mine as a completely different person. Pretty sure I shouldn't have an open account here anymore.
