Terrible experience every time I have gone to this location, I have had an account with BOA for almost 10 years now and have been to other branches that were far better. I went to cash a USPS money order and the first day I tried their vault was “broken” so they didn’t have access to cash. I went back the next day and they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t cash the money order because I didn’t have the same in my account. I have worked for a bank and this would have made sense if it was a check that wasn’t from BOA but it was a money order, which means it has already been paid for. There is no chance of it “bouncing” or anything like that. Then they offered to deposit it which I was fine with, they promised me (multiple times because I asked to confirm 3 times) that the deposit would clear by midnight at the latest. Then I get a notification that there is a hold on my deposit for a week. The teller assisting me seemed confused throughout the entire interaction and was also acting as though I brought in a fake money order. He also called over someone I believe to be a manager who was dressed incredibly unprofessionally for working in a bank. He had on a T-shirt and baggy jeans and barely seemed like he worked there. Bottom line I believe my money order was processed wrong and that’s why there is a hold. Don’t go to this location for your banking needs.

If you don’t have time to wait for services, do not come here. They only have one employee working for services. I have been waiting for about 30 mins. Sounds like it’ll be another hour, with what the customer was wanting to talk about. Tellers are fine, getting customers in and out. All I need is Notary services.

I would leave 0 of I could or -5. They charge to cash their own checks. My mom wrote me a check, she has account there. I don’t. They charged me $8 to cash it!! And then had the nerve to solicit me as a new customer who why would I go to the bank that charges people to cash their check? $8 for 5 minutes worth of work. Do better Bank of America.

HORRIBLE and they are STEALING from my 82 old windowed mother. I live out of state and have been trying to contact bank for which Im on with POA. I have BOA online bank records showing their errors and money they owe my mother. I keep calling and no one answers at any time of day. If I dont get help I have no alternative than to go public. I will contact local news, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) as well as social media outlet including LinkedIn to get soemone wiht authority. Sadly after 35 plus years my mom closed her account with BOA due to failure to help. I suspect someone on the inside might be stealing from an elderly person and management knows. You have my email. FYI Im in finance and yes you made several errors consistently and yes I have proof of the many errors taking my moms money---Do i have your attention NOW???

Seems that no one here knows how to answer a phone. I've been calling this branch for 2 days to speak to an actual person. I'm in another town and needed help but ill have to drive over 2 hours to speak to a person.

These people are just the worst. Go somewhere else. They are anything but helpful, but additionally they don’t mind lying to you. When they are caught and called out, they have no problem digging their heels in, even when their call-center customer service admits that they screwed up.

Went to the bank and Nicole helped me with my issue right away, she was able to solve my problem that the other branch by I 40 couldn't. I was able to complete my transaction quickly and stress free. Thank you

I see why this place has majority 1 star reviews. I just moved to the area, and was trying to open an bank account. This place wouldn't answer their phones because I had questions before going down there. I tried for 30+ minutes to call, and every single time, no one answered. My spouse and I are both disabled, and without a car, so we had to walk 2 miles to ask them the questions we should have been able to ask over the phone. And when we get down there, both tellers we're ignoring us for their personal conversation. It took several minutes for them to acknowledge us, much less actually answer our questions. This place wanted to have us wait 5-10 business days for our money, if we opened an account with them. So they wanted us to deposit this money, and not have access to OUR MONEY, after ignoring us. We ended up leaving in tears, because if we were to wait their unreasonable time, we'll be homeless, because our bills are due before then. We only needed to cash a check, and they wanted us to wait 5-10 days for it, even with an account. That's just ridiculous.

I needed to get some cash out of my savings account, quite significant amount so I have ordered the cash and they scheduled an appointment for me to pick it up the next day between 3-4 p.m. as they told me that when they will have my cash available. Guess what: I came at scheduled time and they have no money!!! I showed up at 3:30 and they told me they are closing up!!!!!!!!!What is going on? I have $$$ on paper but I am not able to access?????????????MY OWN MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Bank of America has done an excellent job.They have been the greatest . This branch has great staff. Never have I had an issue. I got approved for a loan wow. Thank you bank of america.

They no longer offer drive thru services (with the exception of an ATM), therefore I had to step in to the branch to make a deposit since I didn't have my debit card.Update: Do to the response, I was depositing cash therfore unable to do so on mobile app.

Charged me $8 to cash a b of a check because I dont have an account with them. Then couldn't even give me a receipt for the fee they charge.

They say "open" but for who? Pick up your phone and don't let it ring 30 times in a row. The service here is just like all the other Bank of Americas. You are just a number, not a CUSTOMER. They forget about sending me a replacement card and now this!
