Most worthless bank in America they allow people to forge your signature and steal your money through the bank app but when you come in person they refuse to cash your own check because of a paper ID… any Bank of America is not worth it if you are smart switch banks. Pathetic how they don’t need your ID when someone is cashing your check through their own account but they require a hard ID to cash your check in person…. Instead of resolving the fraud issue and helping me out, they say well we better be more careful hun…

Extremely Rude Teller Supervisor! She was also very demeaning, political and call me "You People" - Just because I questioned authority of mask mandates after I put on a mask at the tell station. I have been with this bank for 22 years. I think it is time to close all my accounts and go to a LOCAL bank.

DO NOT park your car in parking lot between Bank of America & the 1st Entrance to Sprouts Grocery Store on Montgomery & Juan Tabo!!! Major car damage!!!There is an incline in the parking lot. If there is wind or customers don't return grocery carts to inside the cart holder or carts are just left in the parking lot - expect this kind of damage to your car. My car was hit by 2 different grocery carts within 30 mins of each other!Sprouts & Bank of America are both fully aware there is a major issue & the damage that is done. One of the employees told me they park their cars on the other side of the parking lot because of it.DO SOMETHING! Sprouts manager told me it's the parking lot, the owners can't fix it, it would cost millions, or make excuses.There should be signs posted in the parking lot, in the store & bank warning customers about runaway carts.Sprouts should be asking & encouraging all customers to return the carts.Employees & baggers should be doing extra runs to get carts.BofA you should warn customers not to park in front of your building.

Excellent customer service! I came in with a POA and needed to access a safety deposit box. They copied the POA & suggested an appointment. When I came back for the appointment, two employees helped process the paperwork and expedited an off-site employee to drill open the safe. All three were friendly, helpful and worked hard to deal with my situation. They had me in and out in just under an hour (fantastic considering all that needed to be done).

Very poor customer service. It seems like they do not want customers. they do not allow you to deposit cash into your childs account if you do not personally have an account .
