This has been by far the worst place to bank at i was there and they guy how was supposed to help me was like 5 feet away and not even trying to help there was no errors on my online bank when i tied to pull money out it wouldn’t let me also at the window they couldn’t tell me the issue and the guy helping just wanted alway if you cant help ppl or have good customer service skill dont work at a bank im in internal project coordinator and be fire if i ever walked alway from a client like that really. Just makes me want to leave tjis bank

Unbelievably horrible customer service. The branch manager is beyond incompetent and inconsiderate. I’ve banked with Bank of America for 15 years and my experience with this branch manager today was enough to motivate me to close 3 business and 2 personal accounts and go elsewhere.

Bank won't cash my employees checks 15 minutes before they close because they don't want to have to re balance their tellers drawers.

I have business account with Bank of America for 4 year and i was passing through this loaves and need emergency wire transfer and i go inside sit for 5mint and the guy just setting in his desk playing with his computer i ask him i need wire transfer can u help oh no i have appointment with my client and his Clint is not even here i was setting there for 5 mint and its only take 5mint to make wire transferI was on my semi truck can’t go other location with 53ft trailerNow it’s time to good bye Bank of America

The bank had been the worst, and only getting worst. The clerk I got today put the money, in the courting machine for two 20$'s for total of 40$. He would not court my money with out it. I can see if it was for 1000's of dollars. Omg. And then he try to hide his phone under the desk to see his message. Not professional.// Two days so far this week they open late. Not cool.

I called and was immediately put on hold, once they decided to talk to me they asked me if I was calling for the mortgage department. I said no and was immediately hung up on. I didn't even get to talk. Fantastic customer service ?
