This bank of America does not give customers transaction receipts, when you cash a payroll check here. ? I have never experienced this type of business practice. Kinda sketchy in my own opinion, and they charged me $8.00 to cash a $30.00 check. ??♂️??♂️

In response to the comment in the photo. NO! Thank you! I would never open up an account in your establishment, and you cleverly left out, how come you do not issue customers transaction receipts when you cash payroll checks?. Quite frankly, you may want to pay more attention to ALL of the negative reviews your location is receiving, instead of trying to be Right... All of these unhappy customers are not WRONG! You all need to be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe hold a re-training class for your staff. ??♂️

Traveled to 3 locations to deal with a person. To put a hold on my acct for fraud - 2 seconds- get access to my money and lift the fraud….forever. I Had to call fraud dept - then put “mommy” on the phone ( their financial manager) and still waiting here.

It used to be quick in and out notary service, now they want to have a 30 minute meeting just to get something notarized

The hours of operation here are ridiculous, and it's making me not want to be a Bank of America customer anymore. It's too hard to simply find a bank on a saturday. It used to be called banker hours, which was 9 AM to 5 PM. That's how it should be Monday through Friday. And they should at least be open for five or six hours on saturday

The security guard was so friendly and opened the door for us. This branch is very clean and bright. The vibe inside was very positive. There was only one kiosk open at the time I visited, which was midday on a Friday. The wait was not too bad. The lady helped me was very nice and worked as fast as she could. I would recommend this branch.

The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional with everyone that walked through the doors. I came with some friends to meet with a banker a few weeks ago. Neither friend had an appointment, but the staff went out of their way to help them and to minimize the wait time. We never felt like a burden. My friends speak English as a new language, and everyone treated them with the utmost patience and respect, offering interpreters and taking extra time as needed. I waited for a while in the lobby (while my friends were being helped) and observed staff treating everyone (including each other) with respect. Overall great customer service and my friends had all their banking needs met!

Just awful...Cashier was just so hateful . On isleta and Rio bravo.... manager was as hateful as Cashier.

Make an appointment to open a business account, show at the time we schedule just to tell us they don’t have nobody to help us , instead of calling us to let us know not to come , seriously unprofessional place to have a bank specially Bank of America ????for sure looking for a new place to have my money save won’t be back here again ???

There’s a reason this bank has such a low rating, staff is slow and rude, always closed. You’re better off going anywhere else. Dont waste your time. Also don’t come here if you speak another language they treat you horribly and pretend they don’t know what you’re talking about if you speak anything other than English. Weird considering this store is located in the international district.

No drive through ATM here. I had to get out of my car. 2 strangers parked next to the front ATM and watched me make a deposit today at 9 pm. It looked like they were ready to rob me but I was quick. Very creepy and unsafe. They should have a drive through ATM so that people don't have to get out of their cars.

HORRIBLE and they are STEALING from my 82 old windowed mother. I live out of state and have been trying to contact bank for which Im on with POA. I have BOA online bank records showing their errors and money they owe my mother. I keep calling and no one answers at any time of day. If I dont get help I have no alternative than to go public. I will contact local news, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) as well as social media outlet including LinkedIn to get soemone wiht authority. Sadly after 35 plus years my mom closed her account with BOA due to failure to help. I suspect someone on the inside might be stealing from an elderly person and management knows. You have my email. FYI Im in finance and yes you made several errors consistently and yes I have proof of the many errors taking my moms money---no i won’t communicate through twitter.
