First off, Robin was rude, disrespectful and the last person you want being the face for your business in the fact she didn’t take her eyes off her computer once, was condescending about my request, and was clearly in a bad mood. I have had my accounts with them for 8-9 years I can say that will be changing since customer service is not something you pride yourself on at all clearly.

I am a bank of Albuquerque customer and was considering changing backs because of the scant weekday hours and no weekend hours. It is really inconvenient. I work Mon-Fri from 8-5 so if I have the need to visit a branch it's almost impossible. The straw that broke the camel's back for me and solidified my decision to switch banks was the fact that when I opened my account I was very specific about not wanting a paper statement mailed to me. Regardless of my stated wishes I have received a paper statement every single month. The last one informed me that the fee for the statement I expressively stated I didn't want was changing. I wasn't aware there was a fee. So for almost a year I've been being charged a fee for a service I specifically said I did not want.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a bank I asked to speak to a banker and just basically got turned away very rude.

I’m so glad we switched to Bank of Albuquerque! A very sweet and helpful lady helped us open our bank accounts. I forgot her name, but I hope she’s still working there. It sucks that they closed many of their locations, because I really like Bank of Albuquerque. These people care more about customers than they do about money, unlike Wells Fargo. We usually come here to use the ATM.

Dian recognizes me as soon as I pull up and remembers my name which makes it welcoming. They really make it feel like your little local small town bank. My whole family banks here for a reason and have for 10 year plus. I highly recommend this bank but want to highlight the employees running it. Thanks Dian and team for always having my back!

BofAbq has gone way downhill. Fewer locations every year, and not open Saturdays. Not only are they not open Saturday, their times listed on the front door say they still are. Only a matter of time before they get bought out by a bigger bank. Changing banks next week.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever used!!!! They don’t allow me to cash payroll checks. And they always put hold on my account for no reason! I’ve never had a overdraft or missed a maintenance payment. But they hold my money for days/week at a time for no reason at all. Made a deposit on a Friday and it’s Monday and still no money. I’m ending my account with this bank and I recommend that no one used it! They have horrible policies and horrible customer service!!

My first visit to the bank. All previous transactions, including setting up the account in the first place, were done online. The clerk was fast, friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my visit.
