I went looking for push pins, the manager Richard helped me, he went out of his way to actually find the right size an crawled under the car and put the part on for me. Richard is very custom friendly!! I hope they don't loose this manger. THANK YOU RICHARD FOR YOUR HELP!!. I really appreciate you, you DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED and rewarded FOR THIS. I WILL CALL THE STORE MANAGER AND LET HIM KNOW ALSO.

Never had an issue at this location, Today was unprofessional. I came in to purchase bulb for my headlight because one blew out on the 2pk I purchased. Everyone knows how sensitive those darn things are, But first I wanted to speak with someone about me not getting my point for my battery purchase end of June. As I have my receipts together Always the youngster told Sal I didn’t get my points Sal looked at the receipt and said “it’s from June?” He was correct! On my receipt the battery was returned and repurchased on the same receipt I realized after the purchase I needed tracking for my warranty.Sal continued to say your points must have expired, I tried to explain I was not using “points” for one I’m not new here Second 1-5, 2-5, 3-5 etc is how the points add up once you get to 5 BOOM a couple bucks! He then said I could call the number on the receipt because they don’t handle points in store. Clearly he did not know how they work.Tried turning me away without listening and sounded so sure he knew what he was saying.Lastly the youngster who originally was assisting me walked me to the bulbs to help me find a single. I told him in the pack I bought one blew upon contact :) if you know you know, he stated I think we could swap out the one that blew you have the receipt, He asked the other good looking Chicano and he said yes, then here came Sal and said bulbs have no warranty I said even if I didn’t get to use it because it blew out he just repeated himself, looked at the package and said one of those bulbs in the 2pk are not ours, He again was correct! I did not claim that to be auto zones I kept the 2pk package and put the bulb I replaced with the bulb that blew out, easy reference I have a garage and plenty of space to keep a package. I did ask him if he was the manager because his chip on his shoulder definitely came from the badge, I did let him know his customer service sucks. I was going to buy a bulb but the clerk made a suggestion that was based on good customer service. I was informed by the customer line that it was up to manager discretion to honor the bulb replacement. Sal needs a coaching on interaction and customer service. I get I don’t look like a mechanic but to talk to me so ignorant was bad business. If he wasn’t my height I might have been intimidated. 2 stars for the two other clerks about their business Sal lost 3. I will return as every other interaction has been Great.

Manuel the manager and the other staff were extremely accommodating. Helped me out by testing my car and gave me an honest price on a battery. 10/10 will definitely be returning

My local AutoZone is my go to place for all my parts and all parts for anything I'm working on. Daddy taught me mechanic work since I was little. Plus work for a guy so commercial discount helps a lot. And AutoZone rewards work out too. Staff always friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, the experience we had was terrible. We have a battery that is in the warranty and No one was willing to help with the the removal. When we finally did remove our battery and showed up at 8:57 pm, they said, “sorry, we’re closed.” The employees did nothing to help or try to help. Worst experience at an auto zone I have ever had. In the past, employees have gone above and beyond to help. Not here!

I appreciated Manager GREG and a co-worker young man helping me in the dark to change out my truck battery. The battery was exchanged because I paid extra 3year warranty. The 3 of them were so HELPFUL. THANKS guys.?

Horrible service they said they closed at 9:00 you try to open the door and one of the guys came yelling at us outside telling us to leave even though the store closes at 9:00 he was super rude he was about to kick my boyfriend's but I will be calling corporate.
