I was having issues with my car battery, I pulled into this particular Autozone, waited in line until I spoke to the young woman representative and asked her if she could test my car battery, she responded “Our battery tester hasn’t worked in 6-7 months, you can go down to O’Reileys, they can test it for you “ If that’s the case take that big sign off the window that promotes testing your battery for you, so other people won’t waste their time. I left and went somewhere else.

I went in for oil and an oil filter for my car. wasn’t sure exactly what oil i was looking for but the employee, Felix? i think was his name.. is started with a F. was very helpful. There was a deal going on and i got a free air filter with my stuff and he was even happy to put it in my car for me! :) 10/10 service
