We went to AT&T and had a wonderful experience. The gentleman that was working was so helpful and nice. We got there at 7:30 pm and he worked with us until around 8:30 pm. The store was supposed to close at 8:00 pm. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you so much. Holly Plaza, in Albuquerque, NM. Greatest customer service.

Tabitha provided the most comprehensive, courteous and effective service today, in helping us with a somewhat complex conversion of our AT&T accounts. She is extremely articulate, and a phenomenal problem solver as she provides her knowledge and service, in a gracious and confident manner.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the people working as an awesome team in this store!!! They have been helpful, patient and very personable. However, Brandi went far and above the other day for me when I had gone to everywhere else to get my galaxy flip fixed to no avail. She made the phone calls she spent the time and not one time acted like I was a bother or that I had no options and for that I am much appreciative. Shout out to the whole team and their leader. God bless.

I am very displeased with my visit. I came in as a new customer. I wanted the iPhone pro and they told me they were out of stock. Which is understandable. I asked if the regular iPhone14 had the island feature and the always on display when the phone was shut off. The retail lady told me yes. I bought the phone and brought it home. I soon realized that the information she had told me was not accurate. It did not have the island feature or the always on display. I took it back the very next day and somehow was charged an extra 70 dollars as a restocking fee and for the new taxes on my phone. I was sold the phone under false pretenses and still was charged more money only after having the phone for a day. You all should just do what’s right and not toy around with your customers. She should have taken accountability for not knowing the product and selling it to me anyways. I also specifically remember telling the associate that I did not want the upgrade+ option added to my bill. Of course when I look over my bill I have been charged for it twice. I understand you all have a quota to fill but please take into consideration the time and money your customers will loose because of your mistakes or in the case of adding the upgrade charge not a mistake. I am not happy and have only been a customer for a month and a half. I was also told my bill would be $118 dollars. The truth is that it will be $147 a month.

I was given misquotes and fancy lip service when ordering a new phone with accessories. Brandi tried to put in good faith effort to honor the misquote. The entire order was mishandled after assuring me they would handle it and I was given a phone with no accessories or promo deals. Asked for a refund. Was told to call in into AT&T instead. Spent several hours trying to rectify the solution over the phone with AT&T. They said this was a store issue. The store said they wouldn't/or couldn't make adjustments, not without Area Manager. Patrick Garcia, the area manager, calls me to tell me he doesn't technically support this store. He doesn't honor the good faith quotes, tries to sell me one accessory at promo price which is in fact just him making me pay in full (out of pocket) and crediting me the other amount to the account. I pursue a refund, we go through the process after the phone finally arrives. Mike assures me that the amount I paid will be refunded back to my card.I wait one week after I don't see the amount refunded to my card. I call AT&T and apparently there was a screw up in the system (apparently, after I leave and finalized the transaction?) and the store had put it back in as a credit to the account.So I contact Brandi, asking her to fix it. She has to talk to the Area Manager, Patrick Garcia, and he says they can't fix it because it already happened and they have no way to reverse. Even though they were able to re-do the refund the first time after they flubbed it in the store, to which they were able to do without me being present, nor without access to my account.Smoke and mirrors.This store is an independent company using AT&T branding to sell AT&T products but they are not AT&T employees. Therefore they have no control over the sales system they can only sell you a product and do small repairs. Please be very mindful when purchasing through them. They had another lady in the store at the same time who was trying to get a situation handled with her phone and they made her call and they just waited (and texted on his phone) while she tried to figure it out with them. I would encourage you to purchase online unless you had a question about the devices and wanted comparison ideas. Then I would take that knowledge and purchase your phone online. A business that can't control it's own sales is just a way for you to be entrapped into something you didn't ask for and they don't have any true guarantee policy.I do feel Brandi was responsive and attentive during this process so it does validate an additional star.

Michelle was very friendly, awesome and super helpful!! Michelle was able to help us answer our complicated questions quickly and professionally and was very transparent about plans and fees! Every store should have a Michelle!!!

This place is amazing!! If you get to be supported by Michael & Bryce, you will be blown away!! Seriously, these guys need a raise or promoted to management. They both went above and beyond with supporting us with a new phone and the shifting around of all our numbers!

I visited the shop and just had a little bit of time to take care of a transaction which involve trading in my old phone. Michelle and Brandi did a fantastic job helping me.They were very informative and recognizing that I was short on time they were both very helpful in assisting me with the transition to a new iPhone.This would be a good place to go if you’re thinking about buying a new phone or upgrading an old phone.

I love the environment in this store. It brings in joy and felt so welcoming. Thanks to Mitchelle and brandie they both did a real good job by assisting us with great deals and telling us which would be best to save our money and what could be a great plan to make your bill not so high! Brandie is such a wonderful person by assisting everyone in the store either you a customer or an employee.Mitchelle is an amazing person! Her personality is so great and telling us how AT&T helped with her family so it gives us an idea how much we could save later on in the future.
