The customer service at this location was excellent. In particular, Sugeh kindly and very patiently helped my dad setup his new phone, it took awhile as it was linked under another family member & required extra steps to verify. Highly recommend this location.

When calling customer service was an ultimate nightmare instead of helpful, I came to this location and Edwin was extremely helpful, and very kind. Fortunately he was able to get my issue resolved, as I was on the verge of switching carriers!
