If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Worst customer service ever, she was so rude at the checkout, told us to give the items back that we already paid for. Never coming back.

This is not so much a review on this particular store, but rather the chain overall, including the website, I just can't figure out how to provide a rating for the on-line ordering process.We were interested in ordering a rug on-line since even though the web presence for this store showed it in stock, when we visited the store one afternoon we found that instead there were none in stock. (No real surprise there, as inventories are probably hard to manage, but the clerk on the floor checked his data and said it showed there were 4 in stock at the store. That seemed to be a fairly large discrepancy.)We asked if we could order one through the store and were told to go home and order on-line. Sounds reasonable, right? WRONG!The web-site is clunky and supplies wrong information. Your choices don't "stick" (e.g. have product shipped to you) when you move to the next page. I thought I was placing an order for the rug we wanted and that it would be filled from a store somewhere else in the nation. I hadn't noticed that the "delivery" option had shifted to "pick-up" at local store, or "Next Day Delivery" which is what I selected (for fee) thinking it was coming to our address from another state.Ordered one afternoon and the next day was receiving notifications of imminent delivery, good, right? WRONG. The delivery (with next day delivery charge applied) was for the rug pad only. The store (this store) had unilaterally cancelled the rug part of the order without consulting us!I called the store that I had (apparently inadvertently) ordered from (it was the number on the order for to call for information on the order even though NOWHERE on the order form was the store identified!) to check on why the rug was cancelled. The clerk I spoke to, asked for the last name on the order and I was told the order was not in their system. Ultimately, she said she would have to look in some other data base because the order had been filled. ARGHHH!!!! It had only been "filled" because one of the two items had been cancelled. She also said that AtHome would not ship from another store outside of the local area to their store or our home address!!!I was told they determined they did not have it in stock so they cancelled the order. I could have told them they didn't have it in stock, since we were there just 16 hours before and had found it to be the condition, but they evidently had not updated their inventory list, AND, the online system at some point updated the store I thought I was ordering from in Tempe, AZ to the one in ABQ.So, I pointed out that I would be returning the pad (don't really need that without the rug, now do we?) and demanding a full refund, even of the next day delivery charge since we obviously didn't need that pad that fast without the rug. I was told they would refund all the charges. We haven't yet returned the pad (due to scheduling issues) so we will see what they actually do refund.My recommendation? Steer a very wide course away from ordering anything from the AtHome website. If you don't find it in the store, don't order on the website!

Cute stuff at affordable prices! Their holiday selection was refreshing and it was cool to see the outdoor yard items on sale. Staff were busy but were friendly and quick to check customers out. I will be back!

Disappointed with their pricing. They jack up the prices by placing a newer price tag on the item. Not a good business practice or ethical.

Yesterday I drove over to check out rugs, as the rug I wanted was only available on line for $10.95 shipping....a 1/3 of the cost of the rug.I found a different rug that I thought I would try . The sales person was very helpful and nice. The cashier was as well, and convinced me to open an account...and get 10%off my purchase. The rug was great but had a flaw in it and since it was new I took it back the next day. I did mention if they wanted to give me a discount for a flawed item I would consider it. No response from the male cashier. I found 3 other rugs (2 additional) and opened them to make sure they were not flawed so I was going to return the 1 and buy 3 others. I again mentioned the flawed one (this is for my dogs) and again no comment or response (blonde curly headed cashier. ) Then everything was rung up but no 10% discount as I was told I had already bought and returned my first item. Always a catch.Where did customer service go? It certainly has disappeared with the day crew at this store today. Ugh

This store has so many items to chose from for your decor. They have items for the seasons and holidays, too. Some kinds of furniture like consoles, dining chairs, bar stools, etc. We preordered a console and ask for it after shopping for bedroom pillows. My daughter put her pick-up to the front of the store and two employees loaded for us. The employees are friendly,helpful, and gave us great service!

I was taken by surprise when I first walked into the store.So much to choose from and displayed beautifully. I have been looking for bedroom lamps for the night stands in mustard yellow and there they were and such a great price. I managed to find outdoor cushions that match my new colors and wall art too!Great assistant's, steered me to more great finds.Excellent pricing, can't wait to go back and use my coupons acquired when I signed up for membership.Go check it out and be ready for spring ????

When 95% of the store inventory is marked with a higher price (that is usually still clearly visible) then what's on the original packaging, At Home must think their entire client base only has half a brain cell. Making something 25% off when I can see the original price was already 40% lower than you marked it....I feel a little insulted. I'm not that stupid, and it's sick that you think anyone would be.
