Today my husband and I went in to Ashley's for a couch and were helped by Christian. We were both plesently suprised with the service he provided us. He was there when we had questions, gave great recommendations, and ultimately, just let US do the shopping. We normally don't like going to stores with sales reps because it feels like they're constantly hounding, or persuading us into getting something we don't actually want. Christian on the other hand, just let us "have fun". If you shop at this location, Christian St. John is a sales rep to go to.

My first time ordering from
Ashley and I learned some things. 1. They will honor the online price in store. 2. They can do orders via email so if you know what you want, you don’t have to go into the store. We will see how the delivery and set up process goes. It’s gonna be at least a month before my items come in. That’s not ideal but what can you do?

We were greeted upon entering the store. We were shown the type of furniture we were interested in seeing and given some freedom to shop on our own before she returned. We ended upon making a purchase and very happy with our sales agent.

DO NOT GET FURNITURE HERE!!! I waited over a month for my living room entertainment set and when I finally received it, it was BROKEN!! It’s extremely upsetting, to wait over a MONTH for something, only for it to be broken. I immediately called the store manager, Jason Jarvis, and he advised me to submit a warranty claim, he was rude and anything BUT helpful. Submit a warranty claim on something I just received TWO hours ago, just to wait 10 + days to be processed and get a response?? WHAT A JOKE! Seriously, don’t buy furniture at Ashley’s, it’s obviously cheap and overpriced!!!!!

I was very impressed by the service which we received from Christopher at Ashley. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products. In particular, he could tell us details about the materials used to make the products and what the different materials would mean as far as durability and long-term use. We loved the bast selection available.
UPDATE: Be careful! Once they have your purchase, things are different. The furniture wasn't delivered when promised. Also, when they delivered the dining furniture, the dining chairs wobbled. I brought it up with the delivery team and they said to contact the salesperson. I contacted the salesperson immediately and have not heard back.

UPDATE #1 The response I got below, text messaging number just says my number is not associated with an existing order, so I called the other number. It just takes me back to where I’ve been calling for the last 50 bajillion times. Worst customer service. And now I’m paying on footboard that I can’t utilize. It just sits in a box on my bedroom floor.
UPDATE #2: I have resorted to calling the Better Business Bureau.
At this point I’m absolutely frustrated and borderline pissed off. Bought an entire brand new bedroom set with a mattress. Delivery was done July 19th and come to find out the footboard would not work with the particular mattress I bought beeeeecause the footboard has drawers. So, the delivery guys said they would initiate a return and to call the following Tuesday if I had not heard back. I called, was told “ok we’ll make this a priority. If you don’t hear back in 48 hours, call back”. I’ve yet to hear anything from them. No, text, no email, no call, NOTHING. One person even told me that her supervisor would call me back with a ticket number because she was busy with another customer, then proceeded to tell me that she herself was going to lunch and had to end the call.
I’m on my 5th (?) 6th (?) call at this point. I’ve lost count. But you can best believe if I miss my payment they’ll be here in a NY minute to pick up my furniture.
The furniture is beautiful but the boxes with the footboard and sides are not pleasant to look at. Plus, having to move the boxes just to pull a dresser drawer open is tiring. (My room isn’t all that big) My kitten has made one of the boxes her bed ??♀️
I strongly advise against buying anything at Ashley because you just MIGHT have to do an exchange.

The employees at Ashley were all very nice and helpful! The selection is large with some great options.
