My wife is the one that shops here for her business, I just tag along. From what I've seen, the store is always clean, they are always polite, and their selection is huge. They even talk to me even though I have no idea what 90% of this stuff is for.

Armstrong Mc Call Beauty supply store to me is more of a trendy and upscale beauty shop. The only reason for my going there in the first place is because of my beautiful Wife. She loves the products they offer and some you can only buy here I've noticed. As for myself buying anything here, well I must admit that I am more of a cheap skate. I much rather spend my money at a big box store, just to save money. As for the wife she likes to shop for things she likes and that are unique to her. I keep my mouth shut for the sake of argument and let her do her thing. The store is located in the Mantano mall next to Albertsons grocery store. There's always ample parking as well as spots for the disabled and entrances. Nice and fun store to visit, the ladies working there are always ready to help you with whatever your needs may be.

Sadly Armstrong McCall is gone and now it’s Cosmo Prof, I always enjoyed going into Armstrong. I looked to see if the hours were different but, have yet to see anything cosmo prof on the internet in New Mexico. I looked at the times they are open in different states and repeatedly I saw it was open until 6pm so I walked in at like 4:55pm thinking they were going to be open for another hour and the door was open, the lights were on and there were still people being checked out, I went to go get the the product I wanted and the lady behind the register rudely says “WERE CLOSED, my register is shut down, WeRe ClOsEd!” without giving me a second to speak, so I left. I left feeling upset because there’s no record of hours, the lady was so rude, and I had just seen her checking someone out two seconds before me if it wasn’t for it being the closest beauty supply to my house, I would go somewhere else.

The staff there are always helpful, they always make me feel welcomed and if they don't have it they'll get it there next day. Great experience won't shop anywhere else.

I order product for my shop I never got it and when I call on Friday Guy in the phone say he forgot put my order in but he say no worries u will get it by and the day. Guess what? I never got my bleach so stupid treat me like that I will drive to the store and got it but he said I will get it. Point is I lost $200 on Saturday because of them so unprofessional don't depend on you orders get it your self if u don't want loose money
