We have been long term tenants in a home that AMMRE has managed. I've always found the staff to be professional, courteous and prompt. Naturally from time to time, we have maintenance requests and they are always managed with expediency. If you are an owner looking for a management company or if you are a potential tenant viewing available homes, look no further!

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! Horrible place to deal with! Jaime has the worst customer service skills I've ever had to deal with! Very rude! Before we moved in they said they cleaned the house and there were cobwebs and dust all over. When we needed our only toilet in the house replaced because roots were growing out of it, it took them a week or more to replace it. When it came time to turn on the heater in the winter, and a/c in the summer we would play the waiting game after a request was sent! These are just some of the things we dealt with! We rented for 5 years at the same property and when we finally moved out recently, we cleaned the house inside and cleaned the yard, well we got charged for a cleaning ESTIMATE out of our deposit. On top of that the house was built in the 60s or 70s and never had any kind of remodel so yes there were things that were worn and somehow we got charged for it. I would never recommend anybody to use this company!!

I returned a call to schedule maintenance for the swamp cooler. I asked " is tomorrow at 1200 the only available appointment?" The response was rude! "Well I called you yesterday to schedule and you didn't answer. That's the only open slot for tomorrow." Unprofessional customer service from start to finish. Further training is necessary.
"Thank you for calling Ammre properties this is (YOUR NAME) how can I help you"
Give it a try lady. We all have stuff going on including a full time job.

Do not rent any property that's been managed by this company. They do not care of renter's issues. Management is extremely rude and do not care about any problems that the property your renting.Specially the manager or the owner Jamie, will hang up the calls. She doesn't care if the walls are leaking or the appliances are not working. She will literally hang up on you. The biggest mistake of us renting the property from this Management was me not reading the reviews.Please find another Management company to rent any property.If there was a Zero star I would give this company negative ZERO.Not sure on how to reply the property managers review. I work from home so I need professional coming to fix issues to the house. Instead they send people to the property that's not professional. Their pants are almost half way down. They don't know how to fix anything. I felt like they just hired them from a homeless camp. I had to have someone on the phone while they work just to be sure that they are not going to hurt me or my kids. I do not cuss. But being uncomfortable with people in the house that I don't know any reference or the company name. Their work is extremely dangerous and uncomfortable. All I get in response is a political statement. No one checked the washer or the swamp cooler .

Horrible business practices. They expect you to pay them by a deadline but think it's ok to keep your money til they want to give it to you!! Do not recommend this company to anyone!!

Worst property management company to work with. Do not use them!!! Any other property company would better support your needs. Had the longest wait on my application to just get told they rented it to someone else. Then called over a month on a property to have them turn around and say it's not actually available. List properties stated as available now but they are NOT actually available now to rent. Go elsewhere you will thank me and save your precious time!!

Anyone else in the 500 plus properties that Ammre manages just get a $325.00 per month increase notice? Just curious if we are the only ones about to pay an additional $3900.00 a year in rent.

They don't work with you and false advertise homes on their website saying available now but they are not available. They tell you to call back on a certain day and when you do they have already showed the homes and its too late. They don't care about the customer.

Amazing people, they are extremely helpful and really helped us get out of a tough spot. Communication is awesome and they are all very friendly!
