Totally unethical. Julie should be behind bars for her almost criminal business practices. And her husband is rude, abusive and seems prone to violence. God help you if you ever forget to pay your bills.

I am utterly dissatisfied with this company's performance and the product I received from them. I sent a price quote request on their web page so I could get new business cards, and said that I preferred to have them printed with raised (thermographic) ink. The sales rep was helpful and eventually sent a copy of my card for me to proof via email, to which I made one addition. The rep said he'd send a final proof before the cards were printed and sent to me -- but that did not happen. I was charged close to $15 for shipping to Gallup. When I opened the box I found plain dull-colored, cheap-looking cards without thermographic ink. I called the rep and he said he'd talk to the owner about the situation and then he got back to me. The rep mentioned that we'd talked about the thermographic ink being more costly -- and that we decided to go with the less-expensive printing. That is entirely untrue -- I was already aware that thermographic ink was more expensive as I've exclusively used it in the past. The only quotes I received were for a quantity of 250 or 500 cards, and I chose to go with 250 quantity for starters. He said I could get new cards printed to the tune of $104 or $107 (I forget which as I was so shocked) -- and that didn't including shipping. I already spent a total of $80.44 (including shipping) for the cheap-looking cards and told him I couldn't do that, just to forget it. I wish I hadn't even gone with this company as in the past I've paid around $65-70 for a box of 500 cards, WITH thermographic ink. I won't be recommending this company either; the almighty dollar must be more important to them than customer satisfaction. I'm embarrassed to give these cards out now, but I will make sure everyone knows where I got them -- and of this ridiculous experience.

In trying to obtain what was duly mine, the Accounts Receivable from when I owned the company, I sent out demand letters through my attorney. The new owner of this Alphagraphics, Julie Robinson, and her husband took advantage of this and informed those who called regarding these letters that these requests were lies and it was a fraudulent attempt on my part to collect these debts. Nothing could be further from the truth. She and her husband even collected some of these debts and KEPT THEM. Are these the type of people you want to do business with?

Alpha graphics did our books for our church fiesta. The job was outstanding in such a short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

AlphaGraphics provided me with an excellent product, great service, and at a competitive price. The products were delivered in a timely manner, and they were exactly what I ordered. In the future I will go to Alphagraphics for all of my printing needs.
