On Saturday the 9th of November 2024 Went to Coronado Mall Aldo’s to go to exchange me and my brothers wedding shoes & to make a new purchase we encountered the Store manager and she’s informed us her name is Linda she was very rude when I asked simple questions and seem like she was in a rush and didn’t have patience with us and took our business else where

Had a sign on the door that they were at lunch, so waited 30 or so minutes in area. Saw the sign was taken down and then walked up to the door to find out it’s locked. It’s still 40 minutes till the advertised closing time and the employees inside mouth sorry… wouldn’t of wasted my time waiting

Do not order these shoes online...if you need customer service they only have a chat room and it takes over 45 minutes to get any help, and then they are of no help at all. the shoes themselves are ok, it's the inefficient way they do business that takes a bite out of you. who has time for that?Update: had to return the shoes I ordered online and the woman working the register tried to convince me that I could only get a store credit when the receipt clearly states "We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items that are returned in sellable condition, with original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase." She finally did the refund, but that's 2 strikes now so I think my ALDO days are over.

Sales Associate Evette was very rude and had terrible customer service. She was not helpful and had a very nasty attitude. A manager needs to check her attitude asap…bought some cute boots tho lol
