Really run down. Not marriott standard. The front desk are horrible. Not even a smile or how are you. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Tried to walk in and get a room for a few hours sleep before continuing my trip. They wanted to charge me an extra 50 dollars bc it was after midnight. So basically charge me for a whole night and a half. Really bad service. Rather be greedy than fill a room.

I did a lot of research on hotels in Albuquerque and was sketched out by many reviews. I read that this one was a safer location and was nice. We stayed safe and enjoyed our one night short stay. Our car wasn't broken into. It looked like a safer area. The rooms were nice. The front desk was friendly.
Rooms: Nice, clean rooms.

Rooms: The room was not that clean. The shower had moldy grout. Tile floor had foot prints from entry into the shower where maintenance had done a repair using caulking and stepped in it but never cleaned his mess. The coffee station was not restocked from the previous guest and upon a call to request such items at 6:15 am I was told they would be right there but never showed up ! The sheets had stains and did not fit the bed. This can not be Marriot standard. This was a unexpected trip for a funeral.

I had a very good experience here. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. I would recommend asking for Martin Candelaria. He helped me out with all my questions and made me feel like I was good hands. The location is perfect for shopping and food. I will definitely come back

We thought it had a Jacuzzi that's why we selected it but has been filled in with rocks and no longer usable. Sad but still enjoyed our stay.?
Walkability: Not enough handicap spaces
Food & drinks: The coffee in the lobby in the morning was spot on delicious ?

The room is solid for business travel. Roomy enough and comfortable enough. Bathroom is clean, water pressure is good.
I do have a few nit-picks:
The elevator seems quite slow. Often have to wait a while. Then also one time, coming from top floor (17) down, it stops at almost every other floor. 4-5 other guests on it with me all remarked about it and expressed their annoyance.
Another one I have is the beddings look quite wrinkly. Not a big deal but didn't look nice.

This hotel was really nice. Breakfast was really good also. I got the brioche French toast with bacon and a fruit bowl. Everything was top tier. Also this place has an oversized vehicle parking lot. So semi's can fit. Might take a little wiggling but you can get in and have plenty of space. I will come back here for sure.

Rooms are in need of updates. I’m fairly certain there staff stole my credit card but I’m not going to judge them for that. The slipped an extra charge of $269 on to my stay. The manager is refusing to remove it. I will report them to the BBB, I suggest that you NOT stay here.
