Collin was the best server we have had in years, and that's everywhere, not just El Pinto. Food was fantastic. We stop here anytime we are passing through Albuquerque. All time favorite!

We are local who brought guests in town for ballon fiesta. We have been here multiple times but this time the service was so horrible I'm not sure we would ever return. To start they sat our party of 6 at two round different size tables pushed together that were uneven as well as chairs that were on uneven brick. When we politely asked to move the manager was extremely rude telling us other tables are saved for reservations even though we had a reservation and lots of tables around us open that were square and could be pushed together. After showing her how bad our chairs rocked and that this was unacceptable, she finally agreed to move us but did so with attitude. We were extremely kind and still could not get an apology or it's no big deal. Just received attitude. They tried to sit that table to another party who also complained and got moved as well. This ruined the ambiance for us and our guests making us feel very unwelcomed.

Hot salsa that was purchased had no taste. Tourist attractions can easily be separated by the question, "Have u eatin here before," especially during balloon fiesta. Tourists will buy that nonsense but we thought there was just a hotter version in the kitchen. "Really hot" salsa was turrible. Dominick our server was excellent.

El Pinto is an Albuquerque institution. We always make sure to dine at El Pinto when we visit Albuquerque, a tradition that began in 1988. The food is traditional New Mexican with tasty green chilies. My stuffed soppillas will filled with tender chicken and green chilies.

The ambiance and outdoor patio dining was very enjoyable. Our waiter Ryan was over the top in courtesy, suggestions, and making our anniversary celebration while we are enjoying the Alburquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

El Pinto never dissapoints me. I tried their 14 oz Ribeye steak. It was fantastic. The service was great. Using Open table for a reservation was quick and easy. We were seated immediately upon arrival.

Absolutely beautiful property and restaurant- we sat outside for a late lunch, the patio was shaded and so comfortable. Service and food were outstanding- the chicharron appetizer was the table favorite :)

The restaurant is really beautiful from the grounds to the decor inside. The server was attentive and very hospitable. However the food was just okay not great especially for the price. With that said, we were still glad we visited the restaurant because of the ambience.

We sat outside on a covered patio. It was absolutely beautiful. Our waitress was very nice and brought some tortillas for our 12 month old to eat while we had chips and salsa. Service was a little bit slow, but it was during the Balloon Fiesta, so it was very busy. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I would definitely go back next time we are in Albuquerque.

We love El Pinto because of the red chile ribs. Of course the atmosphere is great too! We did get a sample of the featured Balloon Fiesta Margarita and is was great, but $27 for it, hard to buy.....

Had family in town that had been to El Pinto before. We had a guest that had not been. My family said we need to go to El Pinto because they loved it and told their friends back home what a great experience it was. Well, once again, El Pinto hit it out of the park. Not to mention, Balloon Fiesta was in full swing. Always a wonderful experience. Dominic was wonderful, too. We've shared many meaningful memories at El Pinto.

We had friends visiting from Illinois for the Balloon Fiesta, so we wanted them to experience El Pinto. As usual, the service, food, and ambiance were spot on. They now love El Pinto as much as we do. Keep up the good work!

The ambience was great. The server did an excellent job . However both the smaller pork chop and ribeye were over cooked and disappointing. I'll be back to try some other menu items but won't order a steak again.

My order was incorrect, dry and overpriced. We have given up on El Pinto for food, but love the ambiance. Today just reinforced that the patio is not worth the price. Our waitress did great, but it seems the kitchen staff phoned it in again.

We love the outdoor patio area with cafe lites & fountains. Almost all of the food is too spicy to enjoy, starting with the salsa. The pozole was too spicy & the usual condiments (oregano, cilantro, radish, etc.) were not available. Tamales too spicy. Most everything is cooked in a red chile sauce. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
