Went through self check out with several small items. Store wasn’t even busy and the woman monitoring self check out felt it necessary to come by at the end of my transaction and say “you’re already done but next time, it’s supposed to be 15 items or less. Just so you know next time you need to go through a cashier.” I immediately apologized as she walked away from me, thinking I held up a line only to realize there was no one there. Got to my car and counted that I only had 13 items which now irritated me enough to write this petty review from the parking lot. Otherwise, love this location but maybe dial it back a bit on policing people about how many items they have in the self checkout unless it’s clearly outrageous. Pretty sure that’s the least of your problems with customers in this city.

Just a quick stop for laundry soap. But the store looked very well stocked and it was very clean and looked spotless

Bakery employees ignore customers standing at the counter and will arbitrarily change the color of the cake you ordered on the form. Ordered a green cake, got a brown one and no explanation who crossed out the green on the form. What a waste of $58

The store is clean each time I've shopped, but unfortunately there are a few rude unprofessional employees there that seem to be so miserable that had I interacted with them for the 1st time I would definitely not be back.

Shout out to a bagger named Kevin! My toddler was having a challenging time, Kevin saw I could use an extra pair of hands. He helped me put my groceries on the check out, and walked me to my car to help us load the bags!

The store is really kept clean and the staff very helpful in accommodating and this is the location on Juan tabo. Compared to some of the other Albertsons which are not that friendly sometimes in their staff or they don't address respect issues with their staff this place seems to have figured it out and the bottom line is it treat each customer with respect and that is each staff member participates in being respectful kind and professional and helpful.
