I love it every time I have a need to come in person to this pharmacy! All the time, the staff here make me feel I'm visiting friends and not just picking up meds. Compared to my experience with other pharmacies whom don't even say "Hi" or address you by your name. Not so with this pharmacy! Every time I arrive, I'm politely and positively addressed by my name and always friendly!! Love it here and would highly recommend anyone to try out this Albertsons Pharmacy on 2910 Juan Tabo, Albuquerque NM 87112.

No shopping carts. Yup. When I asked an employee how I could get a cart, I was told the best way to try to get a cart was from another customer. I was told carts keep getting stolen and they were short. Then I tried to get a basket. No luck. If this was Walmart or Smiths I would not be surprised, but Albertsons is supposed to be a higher end store. So unless you are purchasing one or two items, good luck. I just went shopping somewhere else.

Not sure what a "napoleonic alarmist" is, but I've never had anything but good experiences over my 3+ years of getting subscriptions filled here. The staff has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Plenty of parking space, swung by here on a weekend evening to grab some grapes on sale from their weekly ad. Fresh produce, lots of options, has self checkout which I haven't seen at many Albertsons Markets. Easy to find items, got what I needed quickly!

Martha in bakery was very helpful in all my questions. Other Albertsons were to busy to answer my questions I had. It's rare to have anyone with patient's these days. I really appreciate Martha in your bakery store. Thanks, again Martha.

I wanted to compliment our Albertsons store on Juan Tabo in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Throughout this Pandemic, Albertsons has always come through with online ordering. I don't know if it is because of their inventory system is linking to app, but every time I place pick up order from them, I get what I ordered. with the other markets, it shows that stuff is there, then you get some random thing as a substitute. I know you can say no substitution on other websites, but why can't they have the same service as Albertsons. Anyway, kudos to the store and to the staff who work there!!

My previous rating of 3 stars has now dropped to 1 star. My previous review was about the disappointing curbside delivery service, but I said going inside was fine. Unfortunately, the customer service inside has been on a steady decline. There have been quite a few interactions that have been making me less inclined to shop here, but I now am sure I won't be back. On the weekend, we got a few items and the bagger was a bit rough. My wife always checks the seals and all the eggs when we put stuff in the cart, so we were a little disappointed that a couple of eggs were broken, but it wasn't worth complaining over a few cents worth of eggs. A couple days later, we got ready to use some salad dressing and the cap was busted and the seal was broken; took that back today because that was about $5 worth. I was there today about 1 pm. The woman at CUSTOMER SERVICE said we could exchange it, but turned to her co-worker and said, "they act like it's gonna kill them." Well, it was an item that says not to use if the seal is broken and to refrigerate after opening. It probably wouldn't kill me, but it might make my wife sick or me sick. I used to spend an average of $100-$150 a week at this store. Not anymore. That was the last time. It wasn't just this interaction, but, the fact that someone made me question if I was being too picky for not wanting to get sick has convinced me that I no longer want to give them my $100 a week. It is a shame since this one is only a block away from my house, but I will drive to the competition a few more blocks down the road to see if the service is better from this time forward.

Albertsons boasts a pharmacy that does specialty care, can order medications for you, and more but don't expect this pharmacy to help you with that even with all the information online about it.

If you have the choice of an Albertsons in the city of Albuquerque this is one of my favorites. It's set up efficiently for convenience. The produce is always beautiful and fresh. The deli has a great selection of meats and cheeses with a fantastic staff that is eager to fulfill your order. Their produce is perfectly manicured and pleasing to the eye. It not only looks great but has fresh selection of beautiful fruits and vegetables. They always have plenty of staff on hand to check you out in a timely fashion

This market is my very favorite supermarket in town. It's more modern than the rest, it's on the nicer side of town, so there are fewer problems, and it's large and spacious in the inside. I'm impressed by all of the departments in this store - bakery, deli, meat, dairy, floral, and produce. Their cashiers are always friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked. To boot, they have $5 sushi Fridays. Yummm.

Warning: Store uses facial recognition technology! Just saw this on an KRQE segment. The store uses facial recognition technology to subvert shoplifters. So they apparently don't care about your personal privacy at all. I will never shop here again.

The service has gone downhill here. First, I have a shellfish allergy and had twice severe outbreaks after buying steaks here. Clear cross contamination in their prep department. Second, often only one or two checkout lanes are open which causes delays. And if they open an additional one they always ask the last person in a waiting lane to come over which is unfair to other waiting customers. Management needs to improve!
