Terrible service my system worked terrible for the beginning . It’s not recording all video and customer service pretty much lies because they can’t help me because the systems just terrible . At first they blamed my internet company and told me my speed wasn’t fast enough so then I really boosted it up and same results . I called back today and I was told the Internet companies change the frequency so the system doesn’t work well together so I told them did you send out an alert to let you customer know and he tried to make excuses so sorry Charlie I am shopping for a new company and will never use adt ever again

We sold our condo and I tried to cancel service which I thought was a two year contract but turns out it is three years and even though we sold our condo, they are holding us responsible for the payment.

Derik was professional and super knowledgeable with the ADT products. Tech savvy and patient. He provided the best service I've ever experienced and would recommend him to all! Don't lose this employee, he's a keeper!

Billed for 2 years of service that I wasn't even using. Couldn't even check to see that the system was turned off 2 years ago. Wouldn't consider giving me any refund for the fact that the system was supposed to be turned off 2 years ago and it wasn't. Horrible company.

I'd rather not have to report or write this review but my wife now feels unsafe in our own home due to the practices of an ADT Representative. We've recently moved into a "new to us" home that we purchased. The home came equipped with an installed ADT system (window & door contacts, motion sensors, window stickers, & a front yard sign). We've been approached by numerous individuals / representatives who've either met us in the front yard or have knocked on our front door. We've let them all know kindly that we're not interested in their services. Not because we don't want their services, but we already have a monitored service. BUT, recently there's been this one gentleman from ADT (my wife & I have both spoken to him) that WON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER and continues to show up at our front door (most of the times showing up when my wife is home alone). NOW, my wife feels uneasy when she's alone IN HER OWN HOME so I've taken to providing this personal review in hopes he doesn't show back up and more importantly take any of his own personal actions of recourse towards us. We haven't gotten his name or badge number but perhaps the photo (taken today @ 10am) might help identify him. Additionally, as a point of identification, this gentleman has distinguishing tattoos above the collar on either side of his neck. We can't imagine having to have to resort to making this public report about an individual working with/for a public interest security monitoring company. It's really a shame.

My son past away & I had to go to treatment. While there I had no way to use my phone so this made it impossible to make payments. Now I'm being told that I cannot re-establish my services now that I'm back home! It was out of my control and now I'm being penalized not fair! They want me to pay a ridiculous amount to get connected again. I guess I have to change my service company!!!

HORRIBLE service, equipment not properly installed, charged over $2000 for equipment that had to eventually be removed because it did not work and we were never refunded or credited after contacting the BBB. DO not use ADT, also the servicemen wear enough cologne to choke a horse.

Service was great but next day our cameras stopped working so we contacted ADT several times and no real help. We also contacted our Internet provider and they changed out router but our cameras still will not connect. #frustrated

I've seen several posts recommending Debbie Pacheco. However, when I tried to call the local Albuquerque office on Rutledge, I was routed to a national call center that told me they couldn't connect me with a local office directly. Too bad. Looks like I might have to look elsewhere for my home security needs.

ADT Always addresses any issues I may have with my system. They are a pleasure to work with, we have been with ADT for over 20 years and will continue for another 20. Good Job ADT!

Horrible company. Save your time and money and just choose a different security system. Have had issues with my system since day 1. After talking with several different techs, they all told me that the gentleman who installed my system doesn’t care about his job and messes everything up. Very disappointed that this company continues to allow this employee to install systems the way he does. He even refused to talk to me while he was installing it, but as soon as my husband got home he couldn’t stop talking to him. Now I am stuck paying $2500 for the rest of my contract because I would rather be safe then have Adt as a security system.

ADT is a security company for your home that has worked perfectly for me personally, I have been with them for more than 3 years and I have never had problems, I can leave my home, activate my home alarm from my cell phone and leave with peace of mind knowing that my house is safe and protected by ADT, I recommend it 100%

When Steve came out and re-did the system, he explained a lot to me, I didn't know. But more than that, he listened to my concerns about the recent break ins and fears about future break-ins and not only answered questions but was able to reassure me. This is the 1st time I've felt truly safe in my home.

Multiple false alarms have made the police pretty annoyed. They only can come to our house for a 5 hour window on Wednesdays to trouble shoot. We have basically just stopped turning on the alarm at this point and waiting for the contract to expire.
