Went and sold 9.2 grams of 10k gold, lady said price hadnt refershed first quoted 186.00 then told her cutrent spot price. Changed to 206.00...Current melt value is 282.82...received 73 percent of the value not 80...should have took it to Crown would have got 236.00 85 percent value felling like i got took...Also National Gold two blocks down would have paid 243.80...used to have no issues here but now this should help some people out in the future.

Jackie was excellent... very knowledgeable and transparent...we were selling both diamond jewelry as well as gold jewelry...I felt we got a very fair price for both... I would highly recommend them for both buying and selling...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had a ring made by another jeweler (who took way too long and rushed because he ran out of time) and a stone fell out just a week after the wedding. They were able to get the stone put back in and rhodium plate it for me at a very reasonable price and time!! Will be going to them from now on for all jewlery needs!

Teresa Helped me design a gorgeous heart shaped ring with a matching band. It was my first time doing something like this. The staff & owner were patient with me, as I changed a couple of things after I got the design via CAD (the computer software). I trust the owner and the staff. I was referred to this business by one of my trusted clients. The communication was great, and Teresa was very kind, patient, and creative. She and I got pen and paper and sketched out my initial design together. She had some really valuable recommendations that made the overall look of the ring look unique. Her suggestions were calculated and precise in order to bring out the shapes of surrounding stones. It was great working with someone with a creative ability. She also designs wedding dresses for another business, so Teresa's mind is full of artistic and creative ability. From the start of this project to the end It took about 6 months. But that is because I made a couple changes, the ring had to be sent back with the band so they can make sure it fit together properly, then I had to send it out again for the GIA certification. I will be using them again in the future.

Very satisfied with my experience. Went to sell old gold and silver odds and ends. Brenda and Teresa were very efficient and methodical. I didn't over analyze my choice to go here, but left pleased with the transaction. I will go again.

Brenda was awesome! We went in to pick out our wedding bands and it was seamless from start to finish. Brenda was very communicative with us between the few visits we made to pick up rings, which was very helpful. We bought a 1 oz Buffalo gold coin today from Ed the owner of ABQ Gold's brother at Southwestern Gold just down the street. I called multiple gold coin stores throughout Albuquerque. Nobody had one except Phil at Southwestern Gold. What a pleasure doing business with Phil. He allowed me to trade in 200 Kennedy silver half-dollar coins towards the purchase.I bought the gold coin to make a necklace for my girlfriend. Phil recommended I go to ABQ Gold.Most folks in Albuquerque know that All the Gold coin and jewelry business is done on Menaul Avenue. The showroom at ABQ gold is spectacular. Omg! I just picked up the most beautiful ring that I've ever seen! It was a process of selecting the stone and the setting. I previewed a CAD drawing to approve. I worked with Theresa who was wonderful! Jamie and Jackie were in on my journey as well. The stone was sent to LA to be set in a hidden halo setting. ? It took a few weeks but, was worth the wait! It is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend that you stop in to ABQ Gold and Silver to make your dreams come true.Carmen
