My son was in a serious auto accident and his car was totalled. Abq auto salvage made 2 trips to retrieve his car from the holding lot and never charged me. I have rarely seen such compassion, courtesy and care from anyone that I received from Terry. Their pricing to take the car was more than fair...and every conversation I had with Terry included her concern for my son. 2 days after they took the car she called me because they found personal property in the car which she felt I would want. Having to take care of this whole car situation seemed daunting. Terry made it easy from the very first call. Terry and Abq Auto Salvage made a difficult situation so much easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
