I went today to get hand brace . Afters 15 minutes of looking I asked the girl sitting at computer screen if I could get help. Her responce was I will be there in a few.....well after me going and standing in front again no one would help...45 minutes. I left...called the a&r in rio rancho. And was help in 3 minutes..

We have had wonderful service by kind and helpful people at A&R for well over 2 years since my husband was put on oxygen. When his home concentrator stopped working there was a technician with a replacement here right away. Every one of the people on the phones and those who deliver his oxygen tanks have been professional. They are extremely busy but that’s not kept them from having a smile and asking if there’s anything else the can do for us.It’s too bad that there are some people who were dissatisfied and posted a review. Makes me sorry that it’s taken me this long to post a good one.

Came here to rent a wheelchair for a family vacation. Staff are extremely helpful and also bilingual. Highly recommend!!

Terrible service over the phone. Talked to one nice person and they said you can rent a mobility scooter for two weeks (and take medical insurance), days later I spoke with another curt person a week later who said "You can only get them for one week, we don't take insurance and you were misinformed." So I am taking my business elsewhere.

I had to go into A&R A few Saturdays ago to get new hose etc for my compressor. A girl named Pauline M waited on me. She was so pleasant and kind. Great personality. She helped me understand how to change out the nose part with great patience.A 10 Star ⭐

On 9/2, we purchased from the 5010 Lomas store in Albuquerque New Mexico, a Stander mobility bedrail. We specifically asked the sales person if it would work with an adjustable bed and we're assured that it would. I tried to install it that day only to find that it did not work and the directions / pamphlet in the product state that it would not work with an adjustable bed. I called the store to ask for a refund and was told I could and was given the name of the manager. I followed up on 9/12 to let them know I would be there and was told it was too late for me to return it. I was told that their policy is three days, which I was never told when I initially called. We spent over $600 and this item was $175. We were simply asking for a refund on an unused product. Contrary to the statement on their website which states that their company "...provides our superior commitment to provide you with the absolute best in product quality and customer service.Our highly trained staff will help you make the best choices for your needs, while providing you with friendly service and expert advice. " Unfortunately our experience with the sales person and manager was anything but superior, friendly and lacked in "expert advice".

Whoever hired Pauline Martinez at your Lomas location certainly made a good decision. Apparently, she has the natural ability to be helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and very kind. I had no clues about the item I was sent to purchase but she knew the answers to all the questions I wasn't prepared to ask! I left a very happy customer. Thank you. --Denis Norlander

The hospital insisted my dad take a walker on discharge. We told them no and that we already had one. They said his insurance paid for it so we need to take it. Forward 1 month, we get a call from A&R telling us we owe $75. I tell them no, we are not paying this and we will bring it back. I work full time and also care for my dad. I forgot about this for a couple months until I get another call from them. I take it in with tags still on and they refuse to take it. They say he is in collections now and has to pay. What a scam! I'm not sure how many people they are doing this to but they will not get a dime from my dad. They should bill the hospital. I will donate this walker to someone in need and will never deal with these crooks again!Well when things are made right I will address that as well! Thank you for being so responsive and making this right. I appreciate that! Maybe some education to your front staff can prevent this in the future. Thank you again for addressing my concerns so quickly and making it right! I will give you all another shot!

These folks are incredibly competent, customer service orientes, and most importantly, understand the responsibility we all share to care for our patients. Katia helped me with a rather unusual request to assist me in supporting the medical needs of a patient I have arriving from Overseas. Throughout the process she was helpful, effecient, and acted like it was a geniuine pleasure to assist me, even though my request took a lot of time from her busy day, and that of her manager. Whatever y'all are paying Katia, it's not half enough, she's a star. Thank you all so much for your support and help to keep my people healthy & I look forward to working with you again in the future!

Impossible to contact, their customer service line takes you to a voicemail and the person literally never calls you back. You call again, goes to voicemail. Horrible customer service.

My 87 year old mother has purchased Attend Underwear from A&R for years. Recently, her incontinence requirements have changed requiring different underwear. She had previously purchased 6 packs which she wanted to return. After speaking to the desk attendant who reminded me of the "no return policy", I asked to speak to a manager. She also told me there is a no return policy. I mistakenly thought that under these circumstances an exception might be made. My mother will no longer be using A&R for her incontinence needs....

Came here for some supplies. They filled out all paperwork that was needed for my insurance approval. They took measurements and special ordered correct sizes for everything that I needed. The service is quick. The wait is not long. You could easily get what you need during a lunch break. They were very thorough and José did a great job, will return.
